It was great! From start till finish. They picked us up right from our hotel even though we weren't in the center city and they dropped us back for a very small fee. Our guide was funny, professional and very positive. Recommended.

Unfortunately, I was quite annoyed to have booked this tour. It already started at the pickup. With us they were on time, but it took forever after that and it took us over an hour and a half to get to the boat. Because the guests have been waiting forever! Pretty disrespectful.
The boat wasn't that great. It was crowded and there were uncomfortable wooden chairs. Lunch was strange, not disgusting, but also not delicious. The guide was nice, but otherwise unfortunately not much positive can be said..... I would definitely not book again
