The tour is logistically well organises but it is a tourist trap, far too many people, 100’s going snorkling at the same time, you basically swimm in a tourist pool. The lunchnis in the waterpark Mango restaurant. The food is not bad but I have never seen auch a big food shed. The sail you around jam packed in a speedboat with 30 people to one of the islands where again there are 100’s of people, nonsuch thing as exclusivity. In the afternoon they drop you in the waterpark and you are 4 hours on your own after which the cable car brings you back. Nice ride on the vable car but 45 minutes queing to get on, nice rise though.

We completely understand your concerns about the large number of guests at the snorkeling spots and islands, which may have made the experience feel crowded rather than relaxing.
We would also like to kindly share that your travel date was the final day of the cable car operation before its scheduled maintenance period. The cable car will be under maintenance until March 28th, which resulted in a significantly higher number of visitors than usual on that day. This is also the reason why there were longer waiting times and more crowded conditions than normal.
Regarding lunch and the activities, we are sorry if the experience felt too mass-tourism oriented. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will continue working on improving the quality of the tour, especially in terms of guest flow and overall experience.

My friend Hugo and Minh made our trip experience exquisite. I loved the way Hugo carried the entire crew and the trip.
The trip was properly organized and all the photos and videos taken during the trip were edited and shared on time. The crew picked and dropped us on the hotel on time.
Overall, the experience was exquisite.

Plenty of snorkelling time with short visits to little islands for photo ops. The big island was nice. The water park was so much fun. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. The buffet lunch is ultimate chaos. The cable car station gets very busy at park closing time.

The tour itself has multiple stops, and the actual time in the sea is 40-80 mins, depending on your choices. The service is amazing. I will elaborate below.
The tour guides picked us up on time, and took us to the harbour. There was a little bit of waiting around before they took us to the next stop, which had undersea walking (have to pay extra for that), which we did not go for, so there wasn't much to do there. The next island gives the option to go for snorkeling or a photoshoot. Due to a miscommunication, we missed the snorkeling and had to go for the photoshoot, which was fun. They made us pose on hammocks, swings and a paddle board.
The next stop is another snorkeling spot and it was a decent spot. We saw quite a few fish and the water was pleasant. It was about 40 mins in the water.
The last spot was another larger island with the Sunworld amusement park and the buffet lunch. The buffet was massive and we were free to walk around the park after that. This part was about 3 hours.
The last leg was the cable cart and that was a truly fantastic experience. The views are gorgeous.
Overall, while the trip was long, with quite a bit of waiting around, the tour guides were excellent. Despite the initial miscommunication, they made sure to give us great service, even going so far as to drop off the towel that I forgot in their boat at our hotel well after the ride had ended. I have seldom seen that level of dedication to customer satisfaction

We had a wonderful experience with the Snorkeling Island Hopping with Cable Car and Lunch tour. Everything was well organized from start to finish. The cable car ride offered stunning panoramic views, island hopping was smooth, and the snorkeling spots were beautiful with clear water and vibrant marine life. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured safety throughout. Lunch was tasty and timely, making the overall experience very satisfying.
Only minor drawbacks:
• Drinking water was not available during peak afternoon hours despite the scorching sun.

We had such a good time! We did a private tour. Phuong, our guide, really went out of his way to look after us, and had so much patience as we dealt with our little two year old, who got crabby at times.
We started the day early and avoided the big crowds.

Positives:
Our tour guide Stephen was great and made the trip enjoyable. He was flexible and accommodating and went out of his way to deliver a great experience despite challenging participants. He was also entertaining and funny.
Negatives:
We normally enjoy group tours because we meet great people. While we met some awesome people, the rest of the group were tardy, had no concept whatsoever about safety and could not follow simple instructions (e.g. do not leave your belongings on the bus said 5 times). They were late to pretty much everything and because we observed the designated time frames that were given, we wasted a lot of time sitting around waiting for them. In the end we ordered a grab back to our hotel like x2 other couples in our group did. Although, the tour guide warned people that if they were late they would need to find their own way back to their hotel - this did not happen. Instead the ones that were on time got sick of waiting around and organised their own transport.
The only other disappointing thing about the tour was the itinerary. The first stop is on a platform on the ocean where they try sell you under water experiences for between $40-$88 USD per person. I don't like confined spaces so it was a no from me. Next stop an island where you have to pay to do pretty much everything, noting the sights were beautiful but after 20 mins you run out of things to look at unless you are photogenic and into instagram (which I am neither). Thankfully if you bought a drink you had unlimited access to the toilet - winning!!!
Last stop was lunch, the water park and cable ride which were great. Unfortunately, we went on the cable cart with really pushy people who barged past me to get a 'good seat' and kept pushing into my husband.

We booked our tour with Minh via Viator, but due to our son’s high fever, we had to postpone it by a day. Even with a 10% rescheduling fee, Minh was kind enough to help us move the booking smoothly, and we truly appreciated the flexibility.
The next day, Ami greeted us at our hotel, arriving 20 minutes early, punctuality at its best! She and the driver were incredibly kind and friendly. We boarded a speedboat to the island, and since we booked a private tour, everything ran at our pace. I highly recommend going private, it gave us the freedom to change plans on the go.
What began as a three-island hopping plan turned into a personalized experience focused on one beautiful island. Their in-house photography team captured some stunning shots and videos, totally worth it! After spending time on the beach and snorkeling, we asked Ami to adjust the plan for us to visit the wooden roller coaster, water park, and Eagle’s Eye instead of continuing island hopping. She didn’t hesitate for a second, she took us for lunch, guided us through each spot, and even helped us navigate the waterpark personally.
Ami truly went above and beyond, she cared for us like family, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the day despite the intense heat. We ended the day with the cable car ride back to Sunset Town, perfectly on schedule.
Once we returned, Minh and the photography team sent us the pictures almost immediately, letting us relive the memories and share them with family.
A huge thank you to Minh and Ami for an exceptional day, warm, professional, and full of heart. This team truly made our trip unforgettable, and we highly recommend them to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

This was a great day trip. Snorkelling on two different islands was great and saw plenty of fish. Bidder lunch was great and exploring the water park with very little queues was awesome.

It is a little rushed with pearl factory as an unnecessary stop.
Snorkeling time is too low and water park is not great

Disappointed @ first because booking was cancelled due to lack of people. We upgraded 2 private tour & highly recommended for 4+ peeps. Awesome communication w/ Ami & tour company. Must do Safari tour. Even though it’s the rainy season, we still had a great time. We packed a lot of activities within 8 hours tour! Water park & Cable car ride was very relaxing. Highly recommend tour company because they are communicative, resourceful, & quick to response! Thank you to Minh, Ami, and Bryan!!! We will use again for next trip to Phu Quoc!

We had an amazing trip with Ami. The company had excellent communication: they reached out to me via WhatsApp the day before the tour as well as the morning of the tour to connect, pass along pick up instructions, and answer questions.
We elected the private tour and thought it was worth the extra money. Ami was very flexible with allowing us to spend more time at the activities we enjoy (such as snorkeling) while skipping items that we were less keen on.
Ami has a beautiful smile and energy. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and highly recommend this tour to others!

This tour was full of surprises and unforgettable. Starting with a pouring rain on the way from hotel to the port, we travelled to three islands in total. The first one is just for scuba diving or ocean walking (not necessarily to try on my personal perspective.) The second one is a beautiful island for taking pics, the trip company will provide you a professional photographer and capture the memorable moments for each of the group (normally I’m not a taking-pic guy, but this one is pretty fun tho). And my favorite one in the trip is the third island where you’ll snorkeling here (strongly recommend no matter if you can swim or have any experience of any kinda diving). You’ll see beautiful coral and fish here. Just pay attention that the coral might scratch your skin easily. (If you skip the first island, you might spend more time here or the last island). The last island is called pineapple island where you will have lunch and have fun in a water amusement park. So much fun, this is our second favorite island in this tour.
I’ll also want to send a special thanks to our guide Ami. She’s very patient and helpful through the trip.

Great experience!! Cable car is a must! The lunch buffet at the theme park was amazing and one of the best I had during my trip. The snorkeling was nice too. I just wish we had more time ar the water park to enjoy it more but you do spend about 2 and a half hours there but that counts lunch time too. The free photoshoot was a really nice add one as well! The only thing that could be improved that they stop at a place callled “long beach” which is actually a pearl store/factory first trying to sell you jewelry and the 2nd stop is at a “coral reef park” which is also not included and they try to upsell you snorkeling and snuba.
