1. Departure morning: - 8:00AM to 12:00pm 2. Departure afternoon: - 1:00pm to 5:00pm 3. Travelers need to provide us WhatsApp contact so that we can communicate faster. 4. We provide free pick up directly at the travelers' hotel, hostel, apartment, etc., only in the city center, 1.7 kilometers from the radius of the meeting point. 5. We provide free pick up for any traveler(s) whose hotel is in our picking up area. Before the tour start, we always check the location of the traveler on the ticket, if it is outside our picking up area, we would like all the traveler to come to our meeting point at Grand River Sports Bar, address: 178 Corner Sisovat quay, Riverside Path, Phnom Penh 120201. If traveler has any concern or urgent question, please kindly contact to numbers: +855 78 45 71 58 or +855 388 13 88. These two numbers have been signed up with WhatsApp, as well. Although this is a very confronting and heavy experience, it’s important to know the history of the Khmer people and the horrific genocide they endured under the Pol Pot/Khmer Rouge Regime. Our guide Sun Cheat was very informative and respectful by allowing us to wonder at our own pace and have quiet moments of reflection. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a very moving experience. Three of the four remaining survivors were at S 21 and sell signed copies of their book. Well worth buying!!! Guide was great ..superb value for money

Dear John, Regarding this experience you encountered with our service! Actually, we did text you to say apologize to your WhatsApp as we missed picking you up unintentionally! It was not by our purpose to leave you behind! at 8:34am, you texted me to ask if the tour running late ! We responded to you suddenly by calling via WhatsApp to to say apologize and checked with you if you could move to the afternoon or not and if not we needed to refund for you for full price and you say that “ please refund “ and we agreed to do it for you even it was less than 24 hours ! We had no intention to leave you ! We had no intention to cancel your tour, anyway ! You should have ,at least, contributed in being well cooperated with us when we unintentionally missed picking you up by calling or texting at 8:15am to us ! We have put our contact number in your ticket as well ! You got full refunded from us ! We didn’t cancel your tour without paying for your price ! No one is perfect! When anyone accepts own fault, to be as human kind, we should forgive rather than keeping condemning !

A Real Must - Know the recent history of Cambodia

The knowledge (and English capacity) of our guide. He was clearly passionate about the history of his Cambodia and relayed his knowledge in understandable language. Both the “fields” and the Museum are really with a visit. Even better it was the most comfortable tour bus we have been on the trip!

Our tour guide, Visal, was extremely informative so we learnt a lot about the history of Cambodia. The tour is very dark and difficult at times however, it is important to learn about the history whilst in Cambodia. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want a knowledgeable and friendly guide.

Great tour with Mr Visal about the sad history of Cambodia

The tour to the Killing Field and Genocide Museum (S21) was a very informative tour about the sad history of Cambodia. Our tour guide, Mr Visal, did a great job and gave us lots of useful information about the Killing Field and S21 prison already on the way there (about 20 minutes by minivan). Mr Visal is a very competent tour guide and has a deep knowledge of this sad topic. Our group was made of 8 people and Mr Visal always made sure that everybody was following him and waited for the people who were late. He always had an answer to all our questions. I would suggest booking this tour with a tour guide as it is much more personal than the audio guide. Thank you Mr Visal for the great tour, I feel very sad about the horrible things that happened in your Country and can imagine how difficult it must be for you to talk about them. But the world should be aware of the truth; my compassion goes to all innocent victims and especially to the few survivors of the Killing Fields.
