They didn't show up!

Diederick SXM Tours didn't show up. After waiting 30 minutes past pickup time, asked security at the pickup station to call Dieterick SXM Tours. We talked with someone at Dieterick SXM Tours who told us that they had an emergency and couldn't pick us up. Total waste of our time. We took a cab to Maho Beach for less than half the price of this shore excursion. We are still waiting for our refund from Dieterick SXM Tours.

Hello Good Day thank you for choosing us to begin with but as I spoke personally with you on the phone yes we had an urgent life and dead emergency which resulted to the emergency room at the hospital, as explained to you and we did ask for your understanding as medical emergency and many emergency (of Truth) has no partiality towards no one, so we pray that you do understand as an individual. We did as soon as we could ask that you be refunded and they have sent us an email saying you have been refunded accordingly. A cab to Maho beach is cheaper than this excursion because they are just picking you up and dropping you off, you are on your own. Our excursion involves picking you up at the Port, a tour along the way, spending two hours at Orient Beach then head to Maho beach where you given another two hours to enjoy it all, the Tour Van stays with you until the end of the excursion. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope you have a blessed and Prosperous New Year.

We had taken this tour previously and loved it. This time it was a horrible experience that just left us wanting it to end. Confusion at departure, shotty vehicle, excursion change not notified about until we were en route, no drinks, only "tour" was driving past stores and told they had good food.

Our amazingly informative Driver, Paul, told us all about the island as he drove us to each beach. We watched the planes take off and land at Princess Juliana Airport whose runway is a few feet from sandy, Maho Beach. There are bars and restaurants at Maho Beach, but we went in the morning, so we didn't go into anyof them. When we were done with plane watching, Paul took us over to the French side of the island to Orient Bay which has beautiful beaches. There are shops and restaurants here. If Paul is your driver, he can give you a wonderful experience because he knows the island inside and out!

This tour was awesome! We thought we booked only a beach tour but got to see so much more. Our driver, Lake, made sure to tell us all about the island and stopped for pictures along the way. My boyfriend and I were the only ones on this tour which made it more personalized!
