Was a great option to drive the whole island and explore on our own. Jeep was older and was a little worried as had to wait for them to add fluid to vehicle. Felt should have been ready for us before we got there. Overall great experience and jeep operated.

Old equipment, no adjustable driver seat, broken unworkable horn, no driver window lever. No alternative rental jeep available. Office was a shack. Ended rental much earlier than planned. Dangerous to operate. Refund of full amount of $254 requested. Only $138 refund promised. Very disappointing.

The Jeep window button are on the middle console, it’s electric. Not on the doors.
Will repair the horn, thanks for advising.
And for anyone renting in future, read description, it clearly says these vehicles are not new, and are used in weathered conditions, example, the roof comes off, so if it rains you get wet, and that is the experience people want. If you’re looking for something luxurious this is not for you.

No signs on roads impossible to navigate you really need the map video downloaded. No internet service in most of the island. Jeep had every service light lit it still drove but transmission slipped and sometimes i couldn’t get it in reverse. I stress you need the map video downloaded. The paper map is useless. they give you. This could be so much better if the navigation screen in the jeep worked. $200 for one day is way overpriced. When I returned to the company i was alone. Im sorry ATV island but you need to get better.

Amazing way to see the entire island! Highly recommend this! Make sure you watch the map guidance a couple of times beforehand to help it make sense!

The vehicle we had was an old 2 door Wrangler. Check engine light, low tire pressure lights on. Hard to load full size adults to rear. Soft top with visors broken off and missing. All other Jeeps were four doors much nicer.

Car in the worst terrible condition. Breaks didn’t work and was dangerous to drive. Location was a mess.

Really enjoyed touring the island with native Harmonie. She is a well educated, informative guide with a deep love for her island. Really makes the whole experience so much better from the eyes of someone who sees the potential and beauty that you see, not a scripted run of the island. Highly recommend provider very clear and well maintained equipment. Great driving and good listener regarding passenger preferences.

The people who run it are very nice. Got a ride from port to vehicle location. It was in an ATV and was cool. Jeep was a little well used but got us around without issue. Julio at the port is the man. I would use them again.

We had an awesome day touring both sides on the island. Julio and his crew was extremely courteous and helpful. Explained the map of the island so we had no problems. Definitely the way to go with unguided drive. Would do again.

Jeep had 1/4 tank of gas when we got it, missing rear view mirror, ripped up steering wheel, cuts in drivers seat cloth, check engine light on, dirty inside with what appeared to be drug paraphernalia, half drank Gatorade in back cup holder, crap everywhere, sand everywhere. I have photos. Brakes were squishy and we worried they would go out. We were not given any information on where to go. We were given a map but it did not say where we were and it was impossible to follow. We quickly returned the jeep after 45 minutes. Got a taxi and we were able to have a good day on the island after a bad jeep experience. Do not book!! Hard to find where to meet Julio, he took my husband on a scooter far off while grandmother and two small kids waited in the hot sun for about 20 minutes.

Great way to see the island on your own time! They provided a map and good directions for spots we planned to visit. The staff was friendly and pickup/drop off at the port was prompt.
