Well worth the pre planning! After a flight, getting your bags and going through customs, it was wonderful to have your transport to hotel waiting. We were the only pick up so our driver brought us directly to our hotel. Seamless service! Our driver was awesome!

Amigo Tours was exactly what we needed to end our family vacation. Our driver was early to pick up, professional and courteous. He arrived in a vehicle that had ample room for our baggage and seating for our family of five. Our airport ride turned into a mini tour of the island as our driver shared information along the way.
My husband was so busy chatting with the driver that he left his go pro 360 camera on the bus. This wasn’t realized until we were at our departure gate! I frantically called, sent messages, etc to contact the driver. The company quickly responded through the Viator app and got in touch with our driver. Thankfully, the driver found the camera and came back to the airport! My husband went back through all the checkpoints of a now very busy airport to meet him. The driver had no complaints about the extra trip. Much appreciated!
Viator is global and have used them many times. However, in St. Maarten the independent affiliates are very difficult to correspond with. It’s extremely unnerving when you’re trying to confirm pickups. In fact, if I hadn’t preserved to contact one of them, we would’ve missed our tour.
The pickup car didn’t even show up 55 minutes after the agreed pickup time.
We ended up to take a cab to the airport instead. The cab fare was 30% cheaper.
This was a two-thumb down experience!
We were picked around the time stated from our hotel. Young man that picked us up was extremely helpful,courteous and friendly. During the ride he was basically our tour guide which we enjoyed. When we arrived at airport I forgot my phone in the car and we had made it all the way through security by the time I realized. My husband called the phone and the young man answered and said he would bring it back in as far as they would let him. I met him downstairs. I so so appreciative of his willingness to do this! We will be back and use your service again just because of this young man!
Exceptional staff; great service. Staff met me after I collected my baggage, escorted me to the vehicle, and drove me to the resort.

I tried to move my pickup time to 1 hour later. I texted the number and they never responded. I called and it never went through. When I came to the lobby to get picked up, they were gone. I have to take a taxi to the airport.

No show! Telephone number did not work. No communication. This company needs to be taken off the website due to bad business. Cheap isn’t always good. Lesson learned.
The Tour person was unresponsive, took 9 hours for them to respond. I wanted to be at airport at 11 and they said they would pick us up at 11. Couldn't reach him again.

Amigo got us to the airport on Christmas Day very quickly and easily. It was like having our own private van. No rideshare. Our driver was 15 minutes early for the pickup also.

I requested the same person who did our transfer from the airport to the hotel for this transfer when time to check out and go back home; he was polit, friendly, provided safe driving, and was courteous. Very appreciative of the rides given to make our trip much smoother
Waited an hour and driver never showed up. Amigo tours are the worst. There should be more than one driver at the airport. I was told to look for someone in a purple shirt. No one was there. They tried calling the manager but he would not answer his phone.

On this heading clearly show this guests booked a Shared Departure Transfer….we went to the hotel and no one was booked at said hotel. Hours after we got a call that a guest is at the airport. This guests arrived but booked a departure Hotel to airport.
Ritchie, our driver was awesome fit our departure. He arrived early, drove safely and we felt very secure to and from the airport as he was assigned to both transfers. We highly recommend Amigo Tours.
The company was non responsive when I requested more than 24 hours in advance to amend my pickup time to the airport. I tried reaching out 5 separate times with no luck. And then on top of that the driver was 15 minutes early interrupting our breakfast. Be cautious if you use them for a ride to the airport.
It was an easy pickup and we made it to the airport timely. There are a ton of options to get yourself around the island and a lot of taxis. This price was predetermined and could be booked before we traveled so I felt confident we were going to get to and from our hotel and the airport. Taxis were fun they agreed on a price and then tried to change it. I was glad to have done this in advance of our trip.
Find out the color shirts, so you'll know who the driver is. My driver was on time and called my name!! I was so happy! Great experience in Sint Maarten!!

We got to the pick up spot early and our transport was already there. Transport to the airport was a few minutes, we arrived with plenty of time to not stress over our departure.
