We had the absolute best experience with our driver, Arul. From the moment we met him, we felt completely safe and taken care of. Not only did he drive us smoothly and professionally throughout the day, but he also took the time to explain the history and details of each place we visited, which made the experience so much more meaningful.
What truly stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating he was. Because we had a little extra time, he surprised us by taking us to a beautiful Japanese temple that wasn’t even part of the original tour. It ended up being one of our favorite stops. He even took photos of us so we could capture the memories together, which meant so much.
He provided cold water for us, kept the vehicle spotless, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Arul is kind, gracious, and genuinely cares about giving his guests a wonderful experience.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better driver or guide. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, informative, and memorable tour!

We enjoyed our day tour with Ary, he picked us up promptly from the cruise terminal in a comfortable air conditioned car and navigated the road well! He gave us enough time at each destination to explore on our own and took lots of photos for us! Ary did answer any questions we had and was very friendly to talk to however we would have appreciated more information, Ary was more of a driver than a tour guide. We enjoyed our day in Kuala Lumpur and recommend the trip for cruise passengers as Kuala Lumpur is far away from the cruise port and Ary made sure we were back in time for ship! Thank you Ary!

Amazing trip with our personal tour guide Arul. He was extremely attentive to our needs and respected our limited time. We managed to see a Batu Caves, Kings Residence, KL Tower, Petronas Towers and Gardens and a quick stop at a chocolate factory before heading to cruise terminal. Highly recommend this personal tour, didn’t have to wait on anyone else and catered to our own needs only.

Ameer was amazing. Very knowledgeable and excellent driver. We customized our trip a bit and he was very flexible, exactly what we needed. Batu Caves, Petronius Towers, lunch at a excellent restaurant and back on time to the ship.

We loved Central Market. If you are going to Lumpur tower, you are best to book either lunch or dinner or tea because you don't have to wait in the line and you don't have to pay for the ticket to go up to the top.

Great way to see Kuala Lumpur. Our driver - Mr Ary - was excellent and he looked after us very well. It was useful to have WhatsApp so we could message him once we had finished at an attraction and he could come and pick us up. Our favourite attraction was KL Tower. The views of the City were amazing.

Our driver was nice but basically was just a driver. No real tour information, the listing says WiFi and snacks but didn’t get any of that. We also had to book the Petronius towers in advance but was never advised

We missed several stops on the tour because driver was worried about hitting busy traffic on the return journey. We told him we had plenty of time before boarding back on the ship. As it was we were back ahead of time. He was actually a nice man and very knowledgeable
