The airport is huge. Directions for puck up may not be precise enough for an unfamiliar traveler. People are helpful and friendly but not very precise in directions.

Was expecting the driver to be waiting with a sign with my name on it. Instead, had to wait 15 minutes after I messaged him that we had our luggage. We had to drag our luggage across the street when he eventually pulled up. Taking a taxi would have been faster after a long international trip.

There was no one at the airport to pick us up. There was no valid number to call to verify, and or check on the status of the chauffeur.

We got there and a person was waiting for us that was not the driver , she told us the driver was on the way to please wait 1 hour for him , we paid for this service in advance exactly not to have to wait for an Uber or a grab driver . It’s not good to waist an hour of your time specially on vacation .

Original driver never came. We had to wait for a while and make some calls. New driver came with big uncomfortable minibus ( we booked 6 pax minivan).

Waited over an hour for a car to show up that was clearly too small (2adults 2children). Driver tried to force out bags in (only 2 out of 4 suitcases fit). Then wanted to send our luggage in a separate car and got angry when I said no that we wanted a bigger car that would fit us AND our bags. They organised another car but we had to separate, 1 adult and 1 child in each car. Terrible service, ended up leaving the airport 2.5 hrs after landing.

Lack of communication. Had to phone the office at least 3 times to find out where the driver was. And rather than tell us, said the driver would ring. Our ticket said go to the bus station. Turned out, he was waiting for us on level 1 gate 3, over the other side of the road. The correct information had been sent to us via WhatsApp during our flight. As I hadn't engaged data roaming at that point, and not been told the info would be on WhatsApp, didn't get the messages. As level 1 gate 3 is where everyone gets picked up, not sure why this couldn't have been put on the ticket in the first place. We wasted 50 minutes! Once picked up, drive to our hotel very good and driver pleasant. Very good value for money as there was 4 of us. Just a bit of a shame about the start!

Arrived at the Kuala Lampur airport and after leaving the baggage hall our name was easily spotted by the exit gate. The lady who met us call Rajnit who was there 5 minutes later for pick up
He gave us a tour of the city on the way to our hotel

Rep was there when we exited and we found him without any problems. He escorted us out to the pickup area and waited while our vehicle arrived. No fuss trip into KL to our hotel.

We were greeted with my name just stepping out from the arrival gates at the waiting area and during our transfer to the hotel we got some information about Malaysia from the driver that made the almost 60 minutes transfer to the city very interesting. Car was nice and clean. Price was great as the taxis take the same price when driving by meter from airport to the hotel we were staying:)

This was the most unfriendly service to start with. I had to stand by a sign taped to a railing for about 10min before someone came then I was told to wait, not a friendly hello or welcome another lady came and told me the same thing. After about another 10 other people came and we were taken roadside and waited for our driver. After about 20min in the car the driver got a call and told me the other people were in the wrong car and we had to go back to the airport to pick up the correct people. Now 40min later we get back on the road.the driver was rude and ten after all this we had to stop at the cars travel agency to pick up documents for the other people in the car before being dropped off. Would never use this service from the airport again. Use Grab which would cost less and the drivers know where there going
