This is basically a taxi service where you are driven to the first waterfall, where you stay for 30 minutes, then Agua Azul where you stop for two and a half hours.
The driver only speaks Spanish (not his fault, I only speak English) but uses his mobile whilst driving. This is his fault, totally unnecessary and unacceptable when you are driving a bus load of 10 people.

The driver was terrible. He was constantly texting while driving, and I had to shout at him to make him stop doing that. Nevertheless, he would stop abruptly in the middle of nowhere while driving to check his texts, and then he would resume the drive. I felt very unsafe for the whole journey, and while the sites are beautiful, this completely spoiled my experience

No English spoken so thankfully there was another guest who could translate from Spanish. Both waterfalls were amazing and we had a really great day. The trip ran on time all day.

The places we went to - the waterfalls and Aguas Azul -- were stunning and well worth a visit. The drive there was also beautiful - interesting to see the Chiapas countryside. But I would recommend doing this with another tour company. Our driver was highly unprofessional and drove in an unnecessarily dangerous way. There are many people and dogs walking on the side of the road - demands a bit more care. He texted and used his handheld cell for other things while driving nearly 20 people. My seatbelt was broken.

Good morning, we are sorry for the bad experience you had, we will take your comment and check with the driver why he had that attitude and the use of the cell phone, why it is not allowed by the company while driving to use the cell phone or something else that could distract him.

Good price, just keep in mind that it’s only the transport, no tour guide is included but you don’t really need a guide. Be patient because some rude people will be late and will delay the whole thing…

Agua Azul and Misol-ha are breath-taking ! definitely worth a visit whilst at Palenque. We had enough time allocated for both locations. Highly recommend.

The waterfalls are amazing and such natural beauty. however, they are not that colour at the moment. It is murky because of the time of year it is and no one was swimming in it because of this. I think this should have been made clear as that photo is very misleading.

It is basically transportation to the spots. Driver doesnt speak english or give any Information. He just tells the time you have in the place. He was also driving super fast on the curvy roads.

Hotel pick up in time as per schedule on a good minibus van: the places we visited do not actually require a guide and indeed the polite driver simply tooken us to both waterfalls telling, once arrived, how much time we had to enjoy each site. The peace of mind to not drive. Overall the allocated time is quite enough to explore the areas, take pictures and have a swim. Agua Azul really worth of the visit, the site is well organized with restrooms, restaurants and plenty of souvenir shops; Misol-Ha just the waterfall, still worth of the trip.

Transport sur les 2 sites agréables, chauffeur sympa, temps suffisant pour visiter les cascades. Agence particulièrement arrangeante je recommande !

Las cascadas son muy bonitas y tuvimos un tiempo muy adecuado para visitarlas todas. El conductor fue amable y servicial pero hubiera faltado un poco más de explicaciones sobre el lugar. El agua de las cascadas de Misol-há estaba un poco turbia pero aun así, era muy bonita.

Aufenthalt Misol Ha nur 35 Minuten. Dafür Agua Azul über 3 std. Da man nicht baden konnte (wg regen wasser braun) wäre mehr zeit Misol ha sinnvoller. Transfer hat aber super geklappt.

Nice trip . Le colectivo nous récupère avant 12h00 pour ma part ça été à 11h40.par la suite il va récupérer tous les autres participants à leurs hôtels.
Nous avons roulé pendant environ 40 minutes vers notre première étape : La cascade Misol Ha , le chauffeur nous donne 45 minutes pour aller voir la cascade et tirer des photos . pas de baignade ! La cascade est magnifique ce fut un vrai coup de cœur .
45 minutes plus tard nous reprenons de colectivo direction pour notre deuxième étape Agua azul , un joyau naturel. Le chauffeur nous donnera 3h30. Sur place il y a plein de stand pour vous restaurer . 17h30 nous reprenons le colectivo pour Palenque. 19h arrivée à Palenque.
La route fut mouvementée et sinueuse mais ce fut une agréable journée .je recommande cette excursion .
A noter que l’excursion inclus uniquement le transport et les entrées dans les sites . Et donc , le chauffeur n’est pas un guide .

J’étais plutôt sceptique avant de faire ce tour, au final, j’en suis revenue enchantée ! Un véritable régal et une claire valeur ajoutée de pouvoir se baigner dans les cascades d’Agua Azul. Je recommande !!!
