    Very disappointing

    No one ever picked me up at my pick up point and then I was called a liar. Horrible service and rude operator

    Hello Dan, Thank you for letting us know your feelings regarding that day incident and I would like to apologize for the disappointment and frustration that it has caused you with the unpleasant word that you received during the phone call, it was indeed a misunderstanding about your pick-up location, as we sent the driver to pick you up, we had a miscommunication with the driver, he thought that you are in the lobby of the hotel that you mentioned, but he said that he did not saw you there, he also asked the front desk by mentioning your name, but since you are not staying in that hotel which he thought that you are, he decided to go back to the port as he realize that he has no other way to locate you, if we just asked for your photo for our driver’s reference to be able to approach you there, this might not happened, It is indeed a lesson for us, to ask for our clients photo for the reference of our drivers, Again I am deeply sorry for that day.
