    It is the rainy season and the dirt roads turn into mud roads. Our rental car got stuck and we called hours before to inform the office that our car was unable to make it to El Nido. While I understand the cancelation policy, this company should make exceptions when the weather does not permit you to arrive for your reservation. Our car was literally stuck on the road and instead of working with us, the office folks kept calling me to ask if we were coming. I told them multiple times, “we are stuck in the rain on a muddy road.” Ridiculous, I’d love my money back.
