Company out of business - waiting for Viator to respond to refund request

When we arrived at the address, the business wasn’t there. I called - phone is no longer in service. A neighbor my business told us they’d been gone for months. We found a second address about 6 miles away in their Facebook page with a note that they’d changed their business name. We went there. Windows were covered and the name in the door wasn’t theirs. It’s very disappointing to spend $200 for a fun, surprise Valentine’s Day activity with your partner and have this happen. I’m now waiting for Viator to respond to my refund reques
