Overall it was just okay. The staff was pleasant, and the boat was fine. Our issue was the lack of information while we were on the boat.
We were on the boat for 2 hours, and other than a little information on our way out to Bolt Castle, there was nothing else.
We weren’t expecting, nor did we want, a history lesson, but some interesting facts about all the different things we were seeing around us would have been nice.
With that said, if you are looking to go on a boat ride for two hours, with radio silence for the majority of it, then this is for you.

We could not hear the narration as peolpe were speaking in many langages and loudly. What we heard was very interesting. We sat in the middle deck. You can see everything from there. If it looks like rain, do not sit on the top deck. The boats are full and there is not a lot of opportunities to move around if it starts to rain.
The cruise is boring. The speakers barely worked. You could not hear the sound within half a meter away. Because we couldn’t hear any narratives, it was a plain cruising on the river which not worth the price

This cruise gives a great view of part of the Thousand Islands highlighted by views of the 2 famous castles. Although very crowded it is a very relaxing tour.
The Thousand Islands cruise was great, but the ticketing system is beyond pale. I presented my phone with the barcode to the ship attendant, but I was told I had to obtain tickets with QR codes from the ticketing office. Luckily, we were there very early and I had enough time to go to the office and back to the ship, but this was a real nuisance. For greater certainty, you have to realize that the email you sent me to confirm my reservation states "Accéder au billet" which should be in English something like "Get your ticket".

The boat ride was very nice & the weather was sunny & beautiful. It was a guided tour so we got to understand what these tiny or bigger islands represent. Bring a warm jacket or windbreaker as it gets windy if you’re outside the sheltered area.
It is said that you must sit, but apparently there are enough people who don't do that so that you see nothing more. Too many people on the boat to keep it cozy and no one is following the seating rules. You don't see a whistle. Try renting smaller boats through other organizations because this is terrible.
