The trip was amazing covering many locations in a day. Our tour guide from Happy Riviera was very helpful and accommodating. He kept us all on schedule so we can follow the plan to see many places. Highly recommended to anyone who has a day to explore Nice and Monte Carlo.

This was one of the most comprehensive day trips I have ever been on (and I have visited 34 European countries). Dennis did an exceptional job of both driving and narrating! He was always safety-conscious and gave us great tourist tips at each stop. We fit SO much into just one day! I still can’t believe how many beautiful places we got to visit! The tour was great , well worth it. The tour guide Giorgi was an excellent tour guide and safe and good driver. He points out interesting /attractions along the way and go the extra mile for everyone.

Raphael, our guide, was perfect, kind and helpful.
The sights and the routes were really nice, as expected. Staying at the sights was not always as described, maybe due to traffic in some routes.
The mini van was nice but not so spacy for 7 passengers.

We had been to Nice and Riviera four or five times in the past but it was out friend’s first time. A full day of the Riviera highlights. Our friend was most impressed but our guide, Jeff, still surprised us too. What good company he was, full of knowledge and humour.

Very personal relax atmosphere with 8 people. The driver picks you at your Hotel which made it less stressful. Rhym was great about explaining details of the history as well as giving directions to get to and from different areas. The views were amazing. Definitely will use your services again.

to accompany failed to confirm a time that we were meant to be picked up . We left the many messages. There was no communications until someone knocked on our door early in the morning wanting to pick us up. We found the tour rushed. We weren’t able to have a look around properly at any of the places we stopped. It was difficult to see out of the vehicle. When you’re sitting in the middle. I saw a lot of grass. It was a long day. The guide was pleasant and informative, but it was so rushed. It was unpleasant.
The descriptions in the brochure for this tour said that we would be stopping for an hour to an hour and a half at each stop a lot of the stops. We stopped for 10 minutes or 30 to 40 minutes often times I could barely reach the destination by foot in that time so turned around halfway through it was a disappointing experience. what’s the trips took us to the places highlighted in the description? Adequate time? Was not allowed to see or get a feel for these places.

A wonderful day trip on the Riviera. We walked along the walls of Antibes, visited the market and absinthe bar there, visited St Paul de Vence with its many galleries, stopped in Cannes, had a tour of Fragonard perfumeries, climbed up to Eze, and visited Monaco and Monte Carlo. Our guide Jeff was fabulous, knowledgeable and very considerate to the abilities of the group.

This is a very good tour to see the many places around Nice. Our guide Elizabeth gave us a lot of information about each place we visited. She entertained the group in both English and Spanish. All places we visited were very good, except for the perfume factory which could be skipped. Elizabeth was excellent in her knowledge about each place and her driving was good as well.

Myriam drove us all across Cote d'Azur. It was a comfortable journey in a large car. There was my group of 4 in the morning for the Cannes part of the trip, and then another 4 joined in the afternoon for the Monaco portion for the trip.
Myriam had so much knowledge to share, but more importantly was just delightful. We enjoyed getting to know her.

Because the itinerary has too many stop off locations. It makes each stop only about 30 minutes, which is not enough time to really enjoy any part of the tour. If you’re looking just to check several things off your list to say you’ve seen them then this may be OK. We’ve got rushed the entire day.

Jaba, our tour guide AND driver, was absolutely remarkable and made the entire trip! He was an absolutely excellent, careful driver on some extremely windy country roads, and he was very knowledgeable about everywhere we went as well as other places in Europe. This trip stopped at several beautiful, small villages, and our driver knew all of the great lookout points on the passage from which to take the very best pictures. We stopped at the lavender fields last and,
because it was so hot, I was so grateful that they knew of a private lavender farm. The pictures were absolutely unbelievable that we were able to take there and there was only the five of us in the whole field. We were able to shop afterward at the family gift shop. The boat ride at the Gorge de Verdon is absolutely worth every penny. This is definitely one of my all-time favorite day

We toured quite a few places and the tour was much of an all day thing. The sights were spectacular. Miriam was amazing and thoroughly explained everything, she was punctual and a great professional. You get the highlights of the French Riviera, so this is a must do tour. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting the region.

The personalized hotel pick up was a nice touch and the van was clean and comfortable. Just to be aware, since there are so many stops, the time in each place is very short, sometimes shorter than marketed on the description particularly if you run into traffic.

This all day tour was fantastic! We were picked up at our hotel at the time indicated to us the previous day. The tour consisted of 6 people from differing parts of the world. Our driver, Elizabeth, was very polite, knowledgeable, engaging, and demonstrated a lot of patience and empathy. She ensured that one of the travelers requiring additional time due to mobility issues had a wonderful time along with the rest of the tour group.
During our first stop in Eze, she provided us exceptional door to door service for our perfume factory tour. The tour was informational and offered us the opportunity to learn about fragrances and to also purchase them. From the factory, we took a short drive within Eze to explore the local church and the magnificent views of the bay and sea.
Our next stop was at Monaco. The drive through the coast was very nice. Upon arrival in Monaco, Elizabeth dropped us off and allowed us to walk through the small streets towards the Palace. The palace was very nice and we were able to view the changing of the guard. The discipline and precision of the guards was awesome to see. We were also able to take panoramic photos of the areas overlooking Monaco on both sides of the palace. As we started to head to the van, we walked by the local church where Grace Kelly married the prince. Our final stop was at the museum of oceanography. Once again, Elizabeth ensured that our tour participants all had her personal attention.
Next was Monte Carlo. Another great stop to experience the luxury of the area. We did not see too many high end cars due to the early time of day, but we are sure they would have been seen had it been later in the day. The Hotel de Paris was great to actually see in person. We walked through the Casino and took many pictures and videos.
Once we departed Monte Carlo, we headed back to Nice to drop off two of our tour participants and pick up another for the rest of the tour. We headed to Antibes and had the opportunity to grab a bite to eat and walk through this local area. The food was very good and the service even better.
After Antibes, we headed to Cannes. This portion of our tour was shorter than the others, but just enough time to see the main part, the red carpet! This was an experience we see on tv all time during the Cannes Film Festival and was great to experience it in person.
Our final stop was in Saint Paul de Vence. This area offered many arts and paintings to see in the many stores through the cobblestone streets. We enjoyed walking through the narrow streets and seeing people enjoying themselves. This tour was definitely worth the time spent.
Overall, we had a great time! Elizabeth made our day enjoyable, informative, and pleasurable. Her driving skills are exceptional and her vast knowledge of the areas visited was impressive. Throughout our day, we kept running into other tours, but they didn’t seem as engaging as Elizabeth. If we had questions, she had answers. If we needed assistance, she provided it. And if something needed attention, she was willing to address it. I would recommend this tour, but especially if Elizabeth was the tour guide!

Hubby and I Loved our Best of the Riviera Tour w/ Guide driver:Jean Francois: Everywhere we went we saw much more than we ever would’ve if we had rented a car to do it. Driver was knowledgeable, entertaining and funny. The places we went were Magnificent. The Views: WOW!
LOVED the garden Views in Eze! We liked Antibes a lot; and we really loved Saint Paul de Vence. Very Nice Views from Mt Boron, Villefranch-sur-Mer, short visit to Monaco, Cannes…small old towns - LOVE. Great Stories, background music, Humor: Everything Well Worth it!

Our tour guide, Elizabeth, was so friendly and welcoming. She made it seem like we had all been friends long before we had met that day. We had went to a lot of destinations that day and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about each location. Nothing seemed rehearsed and it was an added delight to hear her personal stories. She was very energetic which kept us all hyped through out the whole tour. The itinerary for the whole tour was very packed so the amount of time per location was just enough to give you an idea of which locations you would like to return to for another trip. I would definitely book this tour again with Elizabeth as our tour guide!
