Pick was great everything was fine. Never got picked up from my destination to be taken back to the airport for my round trip. My family and I wait for an additional three minutes waiting for a driver for pick up

As per my arrival at the airport the driver was not there. I have to called the company who doesn’t pick up the call. After 1/2 waiting drivers showed up saying sorry she did not pick up time.
For my pick up return, after I confirmed the pick up time the day before, they didn’t show. I ended up calling a taxi to drive me to the airport so I won’t miss my flight. Terrible service, stay away from this company.

The drop off from hotel to airport was excellent. The driver DJ was excellent. He converses with us the whole trip, gave us a brief history of Bahamas as we drove. Pick up was on time. The vehicle was large and nice, perfect for my family and multiple luggage.
There was some issue during airport drop off that I had mentioned to the owner, and he was very receptive and ensured me it would be corrected on my next visit. I plan to use their service again.
My only advice to the owner is to hand out a business card with the driver's name for feedback. Or have a sign posted in the vehicle how private driver reviews could be done. User a service like Survey Monkey. Kind of like a checklist like, "Did the driver have a sign with your name?", "Was pick up on time?", "Was driver friendly"...etc. This will ensure consistency and quality among many drivers and pay bonus based on review. That would really get me coming back for sure.

We would HIGHLY recommend DJ and his team. We had to come in a day early due to a storm. It was an easy process of changing our times and they took care of us as we needed to stay at a different location for one night. Thank you!!!

Our experience with this transportation company was excellent. Their communication with us was great, our drivers Catherine and Maximus) to and from Atlantis were amazing. On time and so friendly. We would highly recommend using their services when in the Bahamas.

No show, didn't answer phone and left us stranded on arrival even after contacting them direct the week before to reconfirm and pay extra for grocery stop. Terrible.

The ownerdriver are nice, but on the ride back to the airport they were 30 min late to pick us up and forgot the car seat (extra charge!), which is the whole reason we got a car service in the first place.

Got to Nassau on tome. Came out of the building. No driver was there called local number no one answered. Called national number. Got put on hold for 7 minutes fir them to try and call prestigious travel a d no i r answered. Had to take a $50 taxi ride to hotel. Fiasco resulted in an hour of my wasted time.

They were gracious enough to wait the extra time for other travelers to get to airport. They did charge a little more for this but well worth it.

This transport service was exactly what I was looking for. PRESTIGIOUS TRANSPORT was highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My plane arrived a bit later in the evening, just as it was getting dark, and as stores and shops were beginning to close down for the day. DJ (my driver) kindly suggested a stop at a local grocery store prior to driving me to my hotel, because he knew I did not feel comfortable venturing out into the night alone. Here, I was able to pick up some drinking water and snacks for my room to hold me over until morning. The company messaged me to confirm pickup the day prior to my arrival, and again the day prior to my departure for drop off back at the airport. So, there were never any communication issues at all. If you are considering a trip to Nassau, (and especially if you are a woman traveling alone), book with them, sit back, and relax! Gratuities ARE included, BUT be sure to tip these guys extra...they deserve it! No lie, no joke, they were excellent! I had no complaints and would definitely book with them again. Thanks for everything!!
