We wanted a tour of the Red Fort only as were visiting for second time, first was in 2014. The experience inside the fort was definitely better than our previous. Building and grounds have been restored. Our guide, Lalit, was excellent.

Tourist are not idiots remembered

There was no experience. I bought tickets for the red Ford and expected a meeting place and time. Instead, your guy started bargaining with me about how much it would cost if he picked me up from the hotel. In the end, I went on my own, paid for another ticket, and just explored by myself.

When you asked about the pickup and drop charges, he mentioned that pickup and drop were already included in your booking and that he would come to meet you there before proceeding to the museum together. It seems there was a misunderstanding — as the guide did not mention any thing related to price, you became unsure and decided to visit on your own. However, please note that our guide waited for you until 6:30 PM, and we had already compensated him for his time. You have also received your refund as per our policy. Red Fort and Humayun’s Tomb visit

Had a great tour with Sharma today. We visited Humayun’s Tomb, the Red Fort, and the old Delhi spice market. He provided good history and context at all stops. Good pace and enjoyed the day. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a good few hours of Delhi history. Skip the rug store though if you aren’t looking for a rug.

Great service and communication

Red fort in Delhi is a must see and we were glad we decided to see the place despite the tour guide not that enthusiastic in showing us the whole complex. But they will still ask and follow what the customer wants which is great and the tour operator is in constant communication to assist on anything we need. Just don’t hesitate to let them know which place you want to see and they will make it happen seamlessly.

Shiv Kumar was our guide. We were picked up from and brought back to our hotel after the tour. The driver gave commentary on what we were passing during the drive to meet the guide. Shiv was very informed and the pace suited us very well. The tour was well organised. Shiv also brought us for Chai tea in the local market and then recommended a spot for lunch, which we enjoyed. We had a great experience which exceeded expectations. The museum in the old red fort was exceptional. Highly recommend this tour.

We were surprised to be picked up at 12:00 for our 1:00 tour, when we had received no notification of a time for pick up. We were happy to visit Red Fort, but it was very crowded. Wish we could have seen it before it was plundered.

Delhi Red Fort not the best!

Very little to see at the Red Fort in Delhi and if one has the opportunity visit Red Fort or Agra Fort, would highly recommend. The fort was not well maintained and several buildings were closed. Other were not clean and in disrepair. Best part was the guide who was gracious and tried his best to share the story and all that was missing due to the British and others. Long walking points from drop off to around fort area in 90 degree + F temperature.

The skip the queues and our guide was very knowledgeable. My only problem with the tour was the obligation to go and see a carpet demonstration and sales man that was not part of the tour.
