Very good tour company, we saw most everything we wanted to. Tour guides ranged from excellent to so-so in ability. Our guide in New Delhi was the best - he was well educated, and knew answers to every question - very informative. On the other end of the guide quality spectrum, we had one who seemed interested in getting done with us, so he could end his day. We were given very good accomodations and eateries. Our driver who drove us from start to finish was lovely and very accommodating. My only criticism would be and it's probably unavoidable that when we were taken to various shops, they were government shops, and although the quality of items was good, the prices were not so much we are aware that there are negotiations between the tour company and the establishments whereby the tour company gets kickbacks for bringing customers in there. I really wish we could have had more shopping options. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Note of caution: The air in New Delhi is toxic!

Near to every Monument there are local and Government Souvenir shops which are independently owned and Government shops are taken care by the Government so that people who don't get chance to sell their products can sell them under one roof. We get the guidance from the authority to promote local souvenir shops so that poor workers get benefited for the hard work they do to survive in the market. As a noble cause also we support them but please rest assured, it is always up to the client whether or not they wish to make a purchase as our staff never forces purchases on anyone.

This tour is the only way to see these places. It was very well organized and the driver was very friendly and safe driving in some very difficult situations his English was so so but we managed and the local guides were all very polite and helpful explaining a lot to us. We always were taken to a nice safe place for lunch we paid for. I left a jacket at one hotel and contacted our main person via email and the jacket was retrieved and given to me at another town - fantastic service!! It was a real eye opener to see the deplorable conditions so many people live in during our drives between cities. India has so many people living in pure filth and does nothing to help them. Still having the cast system is unbelievable.

Thanks a lot for the fantastic experience to the whole team! It was well organised the hotels were good and the local guides very knowledgeable. A special thanks goes to our driver Babulat, we felt very save with him throughout the journey even in the most crazy traffic : and he also gave us some good recommendations what to see.
