The beginning of the tour was an utter disaster. A group of drunk men at the bar made it impossible to clearly hear anything the guide said. Their language was consistently obscene and this orientation should have been moved or they shoujd have bern asked to leave. . One would think a foodie tour woukd include a welcome and brief message from the chef at each stop but this did not occur. The young man who conducted the tour was personable and fluent in both french and english but spent too much time on his personal circumstances rather than the insights that should have been offered by a more experienced guide. It was also surprising the guide disappeared at each stop while we consumed our food and drink with no elaboration. We were only warmly welcomed briefly at one stop. Strange way to market an establishment. He will be an excellent guide with more experience and proper training. Really could have done this entire tour on our own. Not up to Viator quality we expect.

Thank you for your comments, we are so sorry to hear about the disturbance at the beginning of the tour. It's a tough reality to share restaurants & bar space with other guest, but I can assure that we will be making changes with our restaurant partner to avoid situations like this.

We drove 2 1/2 hours to stay in Shediac just for this food tour. There was an error on their side and there was no tour. I can't judge food I haven't had. I am suppose to get a full refund . If I do I might give it another chance but not this year.
