I was told we would have a atv each, then we get to the meeting place, we only has one atv to share with the four of us, yes one not two even. Then we were told we'll get 4 complimentary pictures but didn't get but 2. Very dissatisfied

I’m sorry that it was YOU that made an error in your booking, and it was you that booked, “4 guests in 1 UTV”. We showed you where YOU made the mistake and we’re all very sorry that it happened.
Your booking was clear, “4 guests in 1 UTV”. Adrenaline Junkies did not tell you otherwise, we never spoke with you until you and your group arrived at the tour site. It’s very disappointing to get a low review based on your error, not ours.
You received a gallery of photos, in fact, you received 96 of them, not 2. Based on those 96 photos, it showed your entire group having a blast. Smiles and laughter all around. The photos were beautiful.
Again, we’re sorry you booked the wrong amount of off road vehicles for your tour. Sorry you didn’t ask about how to download your 96 photos. Sorry that when we asked you how everything was, you said, “it was great, lots of fun” to turn around and get a bad review based on your own errors.
Otherwise, it’s clear you all had a great time with Adrenaline Junkies. We had so much fun with you all that our post even said, “we love you guys!”
Then WE get a bad review because of YOUR mistake in booking….

The advertisement said it is one ATV per person, it is not, they share. The communication was a 10 and a got a partial refund. Amazing customer service.

We arrived and Brooklyn was awesome. I would have preferred my own vehicle, but it was nice. We had to chance to see the desert from a different perspective. For the price, it would have been better to either have longer time to explore or be able to have my own rig to drive.

You’re welcome to have booked your own vehicle, however you booked per person. You could have also asked to be upgraded to your own vehicle at the tour site, paid for the vehicle and gotten your own.
We pride ourselves on having the best value in all of Las Vegas for off-road tours. It’s a full two hours of off-Roading, longest tour out of all the companies. We are also the lowest priced.
We encourage you to try other tour companies next time so you could see why we really are the best, least expensive, longest ride.

The tours are custom with small groups to ensure you get the type of experience you’re hoping for. There are several opportunities to adjust your ride to your style and the guides are very accommodating to customize.
At each stop, we ask all of our guests if they would like to adjust their ride, or any other comments or concerns that they may have.
We do have a race car experience where you can go top race speed with a pro racer. We encourage you to try that experience.

One of the best highlights of my trip!!
I was beyond late and Evelina took her time to ride with the girl!
Once i told her it was my birthday it only went up from there. I love her spirit, it turned into a birthday photo shoot full of jokes and unpredictable moments.
Who knew you could have so many inside jokes with someone you just met!? Lol
I'm now a true junkie and I'll adore Evelina for life!

Not a fun ride.
Not adventurous.
Simply following a driver with dust all over.
Paid $400 plus and they would not even use our phones to take photos.

Let me start off by saying that this was one of my favorite experiences visiting Las Vegas. Our tour guide, Evelina, was super sweet and amazing throughout the whole tour. We were the last tour of the day and we were early so we started a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. During the ride, we made a stop and had an unexpected airshow! SO COOL! Driving through the trails in the Nevada deserts was beautiful. Can’t wait to come back to visit! :)
Tips/Common Sense: Wear clothes you don’t care about ruining. You’re going to get covered in dirt. I recommend wearing a neck gaiter or full face mask. Again, dirt. AJ provides cold water but it’s always good to bring your own.

Loved everything! They were literally helpful with everything me and my husband needed! It was a great first experience with beautiful views. The only thing is that I didn’t receive was the pictures they taken of me and my husband. Other than that it would be a 5 star adventure!

First of all don’t waste your time or money! It was basically an overpriced photo shoot, literally drove across the same paths on pretty much flat ground. No climbing, no real excitement. Just boring, I even requested at least a little bit of climbing the nearby trails that looked way more fun only for the lady that owns the place to tell me climbing hills isn’t fun. As she’s riding in the back seat telling me how fast to go and where to turn and making us stop and take pics every 10min 5x just to waste our “2hr” trip… very unsatisfactory at $1380 dollars for a lame photo shoot!

We stop 3 times for photos, not 5.
Stops and photos are optional, we don’t “make you” stop.
We do climb hills to get to the top of a mountain for the views. Climbing hills ARE fun and it would not be possible to get to the top of the mountain on “pretty much flat ground”

lying thieves. don’t go here. UTV broke down. the ride was boring even before that. this place is a scam. can’t get ahold of anyone about my money since our UTV broke down.
