Pickup is available from all major hotels, villas, guesthouses, and Airbnbs in Negril. Guests staying at private residences must provide full address details at the time of booking to ensure smooth pickup. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup area at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will be easily identifiable and will confirm your booking name upon arrival. For guests staying at smaller properties without a lobby, pickup will be arranged at the main entrance or a nearby accessible location. Exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
