My family had a fantastic tour with our guide, Hiro. The itinerary was very flexible, and she thoughtfully adjusted it to our preferences while offering great recommendations along the way. Hiro is an experienced guide with a wonderful sense of humor—there was never a dull moment throughout the trip. For anyone considering this tour, I highly recommend requesting Hiro. And by the way, please also help her in the search for a new “husband” 🤣🤣

Great experience with JGA tour agency providing professional driver and tour guide. Our tour guide Ichiro was very professional and friendly. We had a last minute request to adjust the itinerary due to some family members not feeling well, and Ichiro was very understanding and tried his best to offer the alternative that works best for the rest of the group. Truly appreciate the personal touch. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your kind review. On the day we had an itinerary to
visit Nara. But early in the morning when I was heading to your hotel, I got
the message - one of your boys had gotten sick. So, I thought of the idea to
change itineraries with the day after’s. And quickly I reached the agency and
our driver of the day to discuss. And they all were really cooperative. I
thought we were one team supporting our guests.
Anyway, our revision of the itinerary was satisfactory and we made the best of
it. I was really happy with it.
