I highly reccomend Victor and Tyson, who work for Thomas who is an incredible guide and manager, for the Machame Climb. I am not a physically strong person by any means, but I really wanted to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro for my 30th birthday. Victor met me at my hotel before the climb and made sure I had everything I needed and talked to me about the climb. During the climb, he also gave really good briefings on what each day was like. Tyson and Victor were very patient with me also when I started to physically struggle and have health problems due to altitude sickness. I got sick three times and had other complications, but I wanted to get to the top. They made sure I achieved my dream. They also took really good pictures for me.
Tyson has a wonderful, supportive and bubbly personality. My scarf got misplaced on Uhuru Peak, and Tyson literally ran over 12km to go back and look for it for me. I was so flattered and impressed by his kindness and courage. He also helped me learn some Swahili.
Victor was very patient with me, even when I got sick again and again. I didn't want to give up, and Victor stayed with me every step of the way. He even carried my backpack when I struggled.
Overall, there is no better company you could climb the mountain with. They have a great price, you WILL have a great time, and they will do everything they can to help you achieve your goal. Also, Joseph is a great cook and you should ask for him in addition to Victor and Tyson as your guides. You will only go wrong if you don't go with this company for your climb.
