Best experience i’ve ever done. We saw dolphins as well at sunset which was 10/10. Lovely group of board and such a nice vibe. A beautiful end to cinque terre and a must for all travelling there. I would recommend this tour to anyone

It was a casual boat ride. Be sure to dress in comfortable shoes. Also, there was an opportunity to swim so wear a suit and bring a towel if you wish to swim.

Great experience, the staff were very friendly . The boat ride was gorgeous and we got about a 20 min swim out in the ocean . There were drinks onboard . It’s a great way to see all five towns .

Upside: The two swimming stops were enjoyable, and Alex was a friendly, professional guide.
Downside: The tour didn't live up to the expectations set by the promotional photos. I booked it specifically to photograph the villages from the water, but that wasn't really possible. If you're planning to bring a dedicated camera, I wouldn't recommend this tour. The boat moves quickly, there isn't much opportunity to compose shots, and it seems much better suited for snapping a few pictures with a cellphone. If photography is one of your main reasons for booking, you may want to choose a different tour.

If you wanted to take professional photos ,and customize your experience and your boat tour ,than you should have booked a private tour,
not a collective one.

Take slip off shoes as you need to remove all footwear before stepping onto boat. Diego gave us a relaxing ride while narrating the history of each town. Endless prosecco, wine, lemon sodas and water

Everything about this experience was great. The initial communication, the personalized email message, and the meet-and-greet were all excellent. The information shared by our captain (I'm terrible with names, but I'm pretty sure it was Franco) made the trip even more enjoyable. He even dropped us off in Monterosso, where we were staying, which saved us a train ride back.
The drinks were flowing throughout the cruise, and although it was a small group of only eight people, everyone was friendly, having a great time, and enjoying getting to know one another.
I highly recommend this company and this experience. In my opinion, if you don't do a sunset cruise, you miss so much of what makes this beautiful part of the world so special.
Thanks to everyone involved—we had a blast and took some amazing photos that will last a lifetime!

This was great and I am so glad we did it. It really is amazing to experience Cinque Terra by the water and see and learn about the villages. We are all so glad we did it!!!! Sunset made it extra special, but any time would be good. The pit stop to swim was so fun!!! Our captain l, Diego, was fun and engaging.

This is a must do! My husband and I travel extensively and this was one of the most amazing experiences. Seeing Cinque Terre from the water was magical. Our captain made the experience wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the area and explained the UNESCO designation along with some great history. We got to take fantastic pictures and even swim. We had delicious prosecco and on the way back we played music and our captain joined in to sing. Overall a perfect experience. Don't hesitate to book. So pleased.

Dear Corinne, thank you for the review but you are not explaining what happened with the customer service, or when you did the tour with us and how did that go.
Which means most probably you didn't do the tour with us, or you had a non refundable last minute cancellation or delay.
If you wish to do a constructive review next time please write what happened so we also know where we were wrong.

My family enjoyed this sunset boat tour of the CT coast line. The best way to get an overview of all of the towns and see the beautiful coastline. Our guide was great....could have maybe played some more appropriate music for the activity, but overall a great experience.

Wonderful boat tour of Lake Como. Our guide, Giancarlo, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The best way to see the lake. He was accommodating in our pickup and drop off location as well.

Our guide Danielle was excellent! The experience was wonderful, to see Cinque terre from the water is such a site… my daughter got to jump in the water from the boat, the tour was truly magical. The sunset, gorgeous! Highly recommend.

A really enjoyable time being on the water and seeing the villages from a different vantage point. Especially enjoyed the opportunity to swim, so refreshing. A few things that were disappointing: it was hard to hear the captain speak about the different sites over the sound of the boat, we were only offered a drink once (based on the description, I would have expected a couple drinks), we were not offered a snack (the description mentions complimentary snacks). These things didn't ruin the experience, it was still a good time but didn't meet all expectations based on what was advertised.

This was, as expected, an excellent way to see the towns of Cinque Terre from a unique perspective. We were pleased to be on a smaller craft, with a limited number of others (this was ideal) and the tour was very enjoyable. I would have rated it 5 stars except for the miserly hospitality offered. One glass of wine (or soft drink)...and no snacks...for a 2.5 hour boat trip was simply not enough. We did a sunset boat cruise in Porto, Portugal, just last month, and their hospitality was very much better (snacks plus multiple drinks). Apart from the 'light on' hospitality, this was an excellent activity.

I'm so tired of being screwed over by this company. Booked this tour for me, my husband and two children for our weekend trip here. Paid and then told hours before the trip that there were only two seats available would I like to switch the booking to 14:00...
14:00 is on the middle of the day with the sun blaring down on you, not sunset. Also, I had already booked train tickets for another event and couldn't get them refunded even if I wanted to.
I've booked other tours thru this company and have had them cancelled literally RIGHT BEFORE, like 5 minutes before the tour is scheduled to start. Then it takes forever to get your money back. I'm sick and tired of this company and their crap. I will no longer book thru here.

We understand your frustration for not doing the sunset tour but we are amazed that you as a mother are rating so low our responsibility towards our clients on board and the risks that come with departing overweight.
We are not going to put our clients at risk by departing overweight, or when the sea is rough,
or when it rains.
Of course we will have to cancel and of course we will cancel again in the future when the conditions are not safe for a boat trip.
Most of reasonable people will understand that.
And it doesn't take forever for the refund,
please, that takes only 5-7 working days.
And in this case we suggested and sent you contacts of colleagues that had space for the sunset tour.

This was the best way to see all 5 villages in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The staff were fantastic, the drinks were very welcome and the boat was easy and comfortable. Remember your bathers as you get the chance to have a swim as well. Highly recommended!

This tour was just my husband and I and another couple which made it more relaxing. The veiws from the water is worth it! Our guide was pretty chill and let us do our thing, but was also very knowledgeable when we asked questions. There is an option to swim, none of us did as we all just wanted to relax and have a few drinks. Highly recommend if you want to see all 5 villages from the water and the sunset is unmatched!

Lovely boat cruise! The sunset was beautiful, enjoyed some focaccia bread and wine provided with the excursion, the guide/skipper was knowledgeable as well as fun. We did have to wait 15-20 minutes more than expected due to some delay and overbooking by the tour company but in the end it was good and had a great time!

Once we got on the boat, we had a fabulous time - our captain was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed having a drink and chatting with the other people on our boat! It was great to see Cinque Terre from the water - the perfect way to end our trip.
Getting down to the boat was a bit of a mess - we arrived on time (20 minutes prior to our departure, per the instructions on our booking page) and no other guests were there. We waited almost 40 minutes to go down to the boat, and found out that most of the guests on our boat were told to meet at different times... it was frustrating and didn't start the night off in the best way. Perhaps they mixed two groups together, but it would've been great if we had clear communication on what was happening and when to expect to leave so we could've grabbed a coffee and come back instead of standing outside of the meeting point in the drizzly weather. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

We had an incredible time on this sunset tour, even though it was a bit cloudy and we didn’t get to see the full sunset. The views of the Cinque Terre were unmatched. It was nice to relax on the boat, take in the views, and have a few drinks. It was also nice to be able to swim if we wanted. Our Capitan, Sul, was amazing; making sure everyone was taken care of, and playing great music (bangers only). We would highly recommend!!
