The park is beautiful and being in such close proximity to the giraffes was incredible. The sanctuary seems to be doing good work for the animals and the local community. Hopefully they will continue to improve regarding animal welfare, e.g. not permitting tortoises to be handled by either guides or visitors.
We were fortunate to spend two days in Mombasa with Titus as our driver and guide. As two women travelling together it was lovely to have someone so respectful and considerate of us showing us the sights and sounds. He went out of his way to cater for our requests and nothing was too much trouble for him. WHEN we return to Kenya we will be requesting Titus as our guide. He's a star 🌟

It was a great place to experience the animals up close. The guide was good at explaining about the animals.

We were awed by the sight of the giraffes, particularly the baby who was born 5 weeks ago. Omar our guide took us to all the spots where the animals are roaming free.

This was a great excursion. We got up close and personal with the turtles, giraffes and an ostrich. It was a fun experience. Make sure you bring water. It’s a bit of a hike but it isn’t complicated.

I truly enjoyed the entire experience! I was afraid in the beginning and the guide rest assured me I’d be okay. He even held my hand as we walked past the giraffes. He took amazing photos and told me a lot about the animals. This is the only place in Kenya where you’ll get this close to giraffes and other animals!
