Well worth the price. Don't be afraid to do this as a solo traveler, if you are hesitant. The last two stops are everything!

Our driver / Tour Guide was brilliant from the moment we met until the end of the tour. He kept us informed of what to expect at each stop, which were frequent, gave us the history, anecdotes of each location.
A highlight was the unexpected sighting of a koala crossing the road!!
The Apostles were breathtaking, an amazing experience which made the long day thoroughly worthwhile.

Every stop was an experience. Our driver/guide was excellent. We saw Koalas in the wild. Stopped for tea and saw Wallabees in the wild. The twelve Apostles and George were gorgeous. It is scheduled for 13/14 hours. This is a long time to sit in the bus but it is necessary to see the sites

While experience was great. The histories, the personal stories to color in the travel and the views and wildlife were awesome! I was skeptical of an all day event. We we so tired at the end of the day but that was from the hikes and all the joy my wife and I shared on the excursion. Peter’s enthusiasm and explanations were on point, entertaining and educational. He guided us to optimize our time, get us the best experience and used his knowledge to find the Koalas! The tour guide was very informative. We got multiple breaks and the tour did not seem too long nor hectic. We got enough time to visit the main locations as mentioned in the trip and even more. The tour was completely worth it !

our tour guide works real real hard. He treats all visitors with enthusiasm. Every story he tells visitors is accompanied by appropriate music. He deep cleaned the bus when visitors ate in the restaurant.

It was a lovely trip. I would have liked to be able to stop where we could have been at the beach near the apostles to get some pictures from the ocean floor. Our driver was great, funny and insightful.

The trip was okay for me & my mom. If you're a carsick kind of person its better to take private trip than this public trip because you could end up sitting at the most back like we did and the road was whinning. But overall it was a fun experience.

Great stop at a chocolatier firstly, hot chocolate with a cup of melted chocolate is recommended! Windy roads so take a tablet if you are motion sick! Great ocean road is stunning and lots of photo opportunists and guide was informative. Would recommend if you are in the area!

You will see lots of countrywide as well as stunning sea views. The small seaside town stops and the inland stops are both fun and interesting. The locals are very welcoming as well. In the end the long day didn't seem that long!

So much to see, yet so little time. Our guide and driver, Ilkay, made this all day tour a rip-roaring success from start to finish. His entertaining yet educational delivery was pitch-perfect, punctuating each stop of the journey with background info and humorous anecdotes. It was like a family outing with dad at the wheel.
Ilkay went the extra mile too, spinning tunes along the way and finding the best viewing spots at the many sights along the way. He found wild koalas, wallabies, cockatoos and more, and consistently found us the best places to dine and drink during the journey.
What’s more all felt we were in safe hands. So important on what at times can be a demanding trip.

The tour staff (Wes, Josh and another gentleman) and many of the site seeing stops were very good. Loved The Apostles, the Gorge and the rainforest walk. The tour staff was kind, compassionate,and understanding considering there was nothing they could do to remedy the worst part of the trip.
The bus is a new bus, which is nice for everyone but those unfortunate enough to sit in the very back row with five seats where the tour company chooses to sell every single seat on the bus. If you get to sit like neatly every other patron on the bus, you get to sit two by two with an aisle to stretch; if you are stuck sitting in the back of the bus, you could also sit two by two, IF the middle 5th seat is left open. Instead every single seat was sold and unless you have a family with small children, you will be jammed together shoulders overlapping and hips touching.
On our trip there were FIVE grown adults crammed together. We had to sit too closely together for strangers in awkward angles to allow room for our shoulders.
If this were a brief ride, the close seating could tolerated, but for an all day tour that is going to be THIRTEEN hours long, it is really unacceptable.
For a tourist to pay the amount of money for the tour and then be uncomfortable the entire way round trip is ridiculous and a poor business decision to value profit over the comfort of the passengers you are wanting to choose your tour.
Yes the length of the tour, the mode of travel by bus, and the potential group capacity is advertised, but not that there is a chance you will be seated uncomfortably crammed with five people in a row. Most tourists know what a tour bus experience is like and anticipate two by two, not five in a row.
When the reservation representative was contacted, it was suggested we ask someone else on the bus to switch. Now who in their right mind would give up a more comfortable two seat row to be jammed together with five? In addition why is solution to the problem placed on the tourist, rather than the reservation department that knows the bus seating and can foresee the capacity problem?
Bottom line, save a bit of profit, sell one less seat and allow all of the paying passengers the same level of comfort! I would gather that nearly everyone had a nice day, a long day, but nice. Those in the back had a nice experience at the sites, but a miserable riding journey round trip.
There were two additional employees in training also on the bus and they were kind enough to switch with two of the patrons, but the five people to a row was still a problem.
As previously stated, the sites were very nice and the tour staff very kind and helpful. In the future, please choose to sell one less seat so everyone on the tour has a chance to be equally comfortable for the thirteen hour trip. If a family with small children desire to sit together, they can have the choice to sit five together, but to force five grown adults is truly disappointing. I am grateful there was a heated spa at my hotel to care for the soreness in my body and a masseuse I will likely seek when I get home.

A wonderful tour! Dandy was our driver and guide, he was the best!! Dandy was organized, accommodating, informative and kept us entertained with local stories/history and played Australian music during our long bus ride. It went by so fast, we had enough time at each stop. The scenic views were beautiful, our family very much enjoyed this tour. And we even saw a Koala in the wild!!
