Arrived at 6:55am for a 7am start. No one was here. Finally got a hold of them at 7:30am, was told pickup between 8-8:15am and got details at that time. Stopped responding via WhatsApp when I followed up after still being here at 8:30am. Gave up and asked for a refund at 9am. Ruined my only day to go to the Mekong Delta during my trip here. Disorganized and unreliable. Should have to pay me compensation for the ordeal, as well as reimbursement for my costs to get to the meet up spot on time.

We respectfully believe this review is based on a misunderstanding and is overly harsh toward our company.
First, please note that this is a shared/group tour, not a private tour. The pickup window is from 7:30 AM onward, depending on when all guests are collected. Guests are picked up in priority order based on hotel/location logistics of all participants on the same day. Based on this arrangement, your pickup was scheduled later, and you were picked up last according to geographic efficiency.
While we understand that waiting until around 9:00 AM may have caused discomfort, it is important to clarify that you were still picked up and were already on the tour at the time this 1-star review was posted, and our team was actively providing the service you booked.
Posting a 1-star review while the tour was still in progress, based on a misunderstanding of shared-tour operations, is not fair to our company. We regret the inconvenience you felt, but the service was delivered as confirmed and the tour did take place.
We always strive to improve communication and service quality, and we appreciate constructive feedback. However, we kindly ask future guests to review our service based on the full experience, not assumptions made before the tour was completed.

Excellent opportunity to do a little bit of everything Mekong Related. Would have preferred to hear more of the history though.
