    1. For all costumer you can contact us where is your place and will will pick you up around bukit lawang village ( for free) . 2. For all costumer from medan city or medan Airport. Please contact us 24 hours before depart for jungle trekking. And to pick up from medan city and airport that is need extra cost for transport by private car. Pick up time was 5 AM the first day.
