We had a lot of fun on the boat tour! We got to see 2 bands of horses and some dolphins jumping out of the bay!
Very relaxing trip! Seen and learned a lot about the different birds! The kids had a blast and will probably definitely do it again. Sam was great! Very knowledgeable!!!

Boat is uncovered and you may get some small splashes when you are going faster in the water. But great experience!
You may not see those horses so dont be disappointed. We did see dolphins and the ride was relaxing. Thank you Captain S.

'Tis true, we can't always get the wild ponies to show up on schedule... glad you got to see the dolphins though...
Our guide, Sam, was amazing. He knew every bird, the names of the Assateague ponies, the luxury home owners and more. He knew so much history and could not have been nicer.

Tom was a great boat captain. We explored a portion of Assateague Island and saw the wild horses. We also explored the commercial fishing docks and saw some very nice houses. We saw lots of wildlife like birds, crabs and a sea turtle. Definitely worth the trip.
This was a fun trip in spite of the rain, our captain Tom was great! We did get to see the wild horses.

It was a great boat ride. Brice is an experienced boatman who knew a lot about Ocean City and especially its history. We went passed Assateaque Island and got quite close to the horses grazing along the shore. We also got very close to an osprey’s nest in the middle of the river and could see the babies in the nest. It was particularly nice that Brice didn’t rush and we could enjoy both viewings “up close.” It was a great morning on the water!

Good chance the horses will be far away because there's a great distance of shallow water surrounding the shoreline.

Thanks for this review... There is no doubt that the ponies have been hanging out a little further south and inshore than normal... We hope that as the weather warms they start hanging out in their usual spots!
An awesome experience, well organized and on time. We saw lot's of nature and the ponies as promised too! Matt was our Captain and he took the time to tell us many facts and backround stories. Great Guy, awesome tour!
Captain Frank was a wonderful host. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. He made the trip extra special. Not only did we see the ponies, but we learned a lot about Ocean City and Assateague. I would highly recommend this trip!!

Brice was Exceptional!!
Captain Bryce did a great job leading us around the area, providing us with history about Ocean City, the inlet, the local architecture, the working port and industries, and, of course, the wildlife. We even had a chance to see dolphins that had swum in due to an offshore storm. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 1 toddler and Bryce responded to everyone (even the most curious of us) extraordinarily well. Highly recommend--especially at the start of a longer stay to the OC area; the tour really helps you get the lay of the land. (Or... the water? :) )

Amazing Captain Kathy who operated the yacht. Got us close to lots of wildlife. She was so friendly & knowledgeable about the area & wildlife.
She knew her boat well too & ensured our safety when on it!
We saw dolphins, several osprey up close, an eagle, heron, wild horses, egret, tern, different seagulls. Then some amazing homes & history.

Our captain was very knowledgeable about the area. He was very personable which made for an enjoyable experience.
Don’t miss this opportunity. Captain Kathy was super! Loved seeing the horses and hearing about the info of surrounding area.
It was awesome!! Matt showed us lots of birds and turtles. He knew the history of the region and was able to get us close to the horses.
Captain was very knowledgeable and told us all about the area and the horses. Well worth the $45. Highly recommend.
We got super lucky on our boat trip! Not only did we get to see dolphins literally right next to our boat, we had a horse come directly to our boat and hangout! She was so close that Captain Dave had to move our boat back. It was absolutely amazing and Captain Dave was amazing as well, he was super informative and sweet as pie! 10/10 would do again even though, I doubt we would get that lucky a second time but it was amazing enough that I would chance it!
Captain Dave was awesome and very knowledgeable. My favorite part was his interaction with the kids and letting them drive the boat. My grandkids are still telling everyone about it.
The views of the island and wild horses were as promised. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The trip was very enjoyable
The Captain was so nice, knowledgeable, and kept the ride interesting. It was a bit windy and the water was a little choppy, but he did a great job navigating the waves to keep the ride smooth.
We got to see the wild ponies from a distance, but it was still cool to see where they live and thrive.
It is a great way to see the skyline of Ocean City. I would recommend and do it again.
We went on the Bayhopper not expecting what we ended up experiencing, our tour guide was not only extremely knowledgeable in the area and the ocean, but the beautiful wildlife and land. We will never forget the way he was so genuine and generous, the minute we stepped on the boat we were offered water and a nice seat. We were able to see dolphins, horses, and other wildlife. He offered my boyfriend a chance to drive the boat. This is a tour we will remember forever. AND WE WILL BE BACK!!
