I decided to treat myself to a solo horseback riding session for my birthday, despite having zero experience—and I’m so glad I did! The location was absolutely beautiful and lush with greenery, and each horse had its own unique personality. It was heartwarming to see how much they adored their owner.
Elizabeth, the instructor, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the basics, and I learned something new: horses really respond best to confident, assertive commands—otherwise, they'll happily head back to the barn for lunch!
This session was the perfect way to dip my toes into horseback riding before committing to adult lessons in the future. The scenic trail ride through nature was peaceful and memorable. Elizabeth made the entire experience so enjoyable—I truly appreciated her company (and the horses, of course!). Thank you for a wonderful ride!
