Wonderful afternoon with Justine in her lovely home learning to make Raspberry Tarts! She was friendly and a fun teacher. Made sure we were hands on making our own tarts- and they were delicious and beautiful! Gave us a recipe with photos and clear directions so that we can make them at home. So personable to have a private class for 2!

What a wonderful experience. We baked choquettes and crème puffs and were guided every step of the way. It was easy to follow and to of course, enjoying what you made afterwards. This is definitely worth trying and baking!
Our family loved our baking class with Justine!! We had so much fun baking and learning together! She was so welcoming as we joined her in her home and garden to cook and enjoy! We highly recommend this baking class experience!
We had a wonderful time with Justine making macarons! I traveled with my family and we wanted to make macarons where they are the best. Justine was so kind and encouraging throughout the process- even my inexperienced family all made delicious macarons successfully. If you are inexperienced or experienced you will have a great time.

Justine was wonderful! So patient with this non-baker! This was such a unique relaxed experience inside her lovely home! The macaroons we made are amazing and having the recipe and macaroons to take home is a huge plus!! We could not have been more welcome or well taught! This is a must authentic experience.
This is the best pastry class to take. Justine, besides being warm & welcoming into her home, she is a professional trained baker and an amazing teacher. We learned to make macarons, which is not easy and she taught us how to make the perfect macaron in steps that was easy to follow and delicious. We will definitely be making them at home. I can not wait to return to Marseille to take another class with Justine.
Justine did a wonderful job teaching us how to make delicious Chou Pastry. Both Vanilla and Chocolate. She was great with all 4 of us, making sure we all got to learn. It was a joy simply to meet a French person and be invited into their home, too.
Best to take a cab or Uber, as parking in the area is very limited.
Justine was amazing and we left with a tasty treat. So fun and we learned so much. Great experience for a family.
There is always something new to learn for experienced cooks and novices. Justine conveys her knowledge perfectly. She is patient and clear with her directions. Her kitchen is ideal for a private class. A rewarding experience and we had fun.

Had a PHENOMENAL time! Justine welcomed us into her home and was so laid back and fun but very knowledgeable - the vanilla bean cream puffs and chouquettes she showed us to make turned out amazing!

My only regret is that I only have 5 stars to give for this tour! I can't say enough about Justine and her pastry class! She had sent me an email before my trip, welcoming me and giving me choices of what we could make the day of my tour. They all sounded so good - I told her to surprise me! We arrived at her beautiful apartment and got to sit in her sunny garden sipping tea and eating little cookies she had made while she did some final preparations. Then we got to work! We made cream puffs and had a blast! Justine is warm and charming and the end result was like heaven on a plate! I love the fact that it's a private class and you are the only ones there so it's way more personal. She also prints out the recipe (complete with photos) so you can recreate what you made in France once you get home. A truly memorable experience!
My sister and I took Justine’s class and made the most delicious macarons (chocolate ganache and lemon curd)! She was warm, inviting, and patient teaching us the art of making perfect fillings, properly whipped Italian Meringue, and matching sized cookies with just the right amount of chew. A wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

My husband and I took Justine’s class during our honeymoon and it was one of our favorite experiences! Justine is so kind and accommodating, providing us with water, coffee, and snacks. She was patient in teaching us how to make vanilla cream puffs and it was so fun relaxing in her backyard eating the puffs and getting to know one another. This class is a fun and relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and my husband and I plan to remake the puffs when we get home!

Fun family experience with my husband and 2 daughters (12 and 15 yrs)! We learned how to make macarons - Justine gave us a choice between several classic French pastries - we couldn’t resist our favorite! She is patient, witty, speaks excellent English, and has a great set up in her home for the pastry class. She even has a beautiful outdoor patio with some fruit trees. There is a parking garage around the corner from her place which made it easy. Thank you for a super fun afternoon, Justine!

The pastry class with Justine was just amazing. She is such a friendly warm person, and she is so good at teaching people how to cook.
My son and I decided to take the class on the trip to the south of France. We chose to make cream puffs and had such a great time doing it. Justine was thorough, had everything ready for us, and made sure we had the proper techniques so that we could repeat the experience at home. She also gave us a recipe to take home so that we can make it again.
While we were waiting for the pastries to cook, we enjoyed talking to her. She is such a lovely person.
At the end of the day, we had delicious creampuffs, a new recipe that could be used in very many ways, and a wonderful memory of time in Marseille.
My daughter and I met with Justine and made Lemon Tarts with French meringue. Everything was well organized and clean. Excellent guidance from Justine in her beautiful kitchen!
Justine is very welcoming and kind. She does a great job at making sure you understand all of the directions and steps, so you can remake the recipe in the future. It is a private class and you are able to have her full attention if needed. We made the raspberry and strawberry tarts and they were delicious! A great baking space and a beautiful outdoor area to eat and talk. Don’t hesitate to book this class!
