After all transfers and passport/customs checks, your free time on the island of Rhodes will be approximately from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

All participants must carry a valid passport on the day of travel. A valid Schengen visa is mandatory to participate in this tour. Travelers without the required documents will not be permitted to join the tour, and no refund will be provided.
Ferry services between Turkey and Greece may be canceled due to operational or governmental decisions. In such cases, guests will be informed and a full refund will be issued.
Some hotels in Marmaris are located in areas that are difficult to access by vehicle. In such cases, guests will be directed to the nearest available pick-up point.
The tour start time refers to the official departure time. Pick-up or meeting time may be earlier depending on hotel location and will be confirmed after booking.
All participants must provide their full name, passport number, passport expiry date, and country of issue at the time of booking.
If the Port Tax is selected as excluded during the reservation, it must be paid in cash at the harbour on the day of the tour. Credit cards are not accepted.

A too short day in Rhodes

The Time in Rhodes is rather short. If the catamaran leaves at 9am there are always two passport checks so the visiting time is just from 10.30 till 14:45. Try to spend at least one night in Rhodes to enjoy the time.

Major queuing times

So our coach driver was pleasant and punctual that part of the trip was ok so this review is not really a bad reflection on the tour company as they just arrange transfers to the ferry and back. The pick at 7.30am seemed a bit excessively early but it is October so I’m guessing it may be busier during the summer so they accommodate for that. Rhodes was beautiful even though we only had around 4hrs there apposed to the 6 states when booking. Our return journey was an absolute nightmare! We was told by staff to que for check-in even though after a 1 hr wait we was then told we didn’t need to que and go straight to the terminal.we then waited a further hour for passport control And local people seem to think it’s ok to jump the que!not acceptable where I come from.staff were unhelpful and rude in Rhodes. We then waited for our ferry back for about another 25mins and then told We couldn’t get in so had to wait for the Next. Personally Rhodes is worth a visit but not like this.around 8hrs of travelling wiring around and queing for a 4hr day on the island.waste of my time and money

Nice trip but short because of queues

The catamaran trip was longer than expected (1hr 20 at least) and I didn’t realise you have to stay seated inside the whole time. We ended up with around 3.5 hours to look around. It was a nice taste of Rhodes but it’s a shame the queuing at the port and security took so long. It cut our leisure time down quite a bit. It’s a lovely trip to go and see Rhodes and one of the highlights was the nice dog at Marmaris Port.

You do not specify where you were dropped off in your comment. However, in the description of this product, it is written that there are transfer collection and drop-off points. In general, transfer vehicles collect and drop off guests from the main roads closest to the hotels where reservations are made.

Very good Journey , quick smooth and very successful day out in Rhodes. I really enjoyed that my transfer was on time and picked up at right location as well dropping us back. Only thing I would say is able to buy coffee and tea from boat would be better as well as having AC on during the journey.

Horrendous day trip

Viator perfect as always this particular trip is horrendous DONT DO IT” if you do be aware it’s a day trip and you will have to go through passport control 4 times each gate only has two offices available on the return journey it’s even worse you’re told to arrive an hour early then left stood in a disorderly que in a car park for 60 minutes before being allowed inside the departure terminal only then to be put into another queue for a further 45 minutes day trip from he’ll

Hello, I'm so sorry you had to wait in long and sad queues. However, I think your visit to Rhodos Island coincided exactly with our Eid holiday in Turkey. There was an unexpected rush at customs gates on all Greek islands during these 9 days. Unfortunately, such congestion may occur at customs gates from time to time. The long passport controls of the two countries are not under our control. However, I felt the need to update these details in our product in full detail and I did it.

No better than booking yourself and taking a taxi. Bus was late and then yelled at us for being outside and in front of our hotel (as per the directions) and not in the street. No info given about tickets or how to check in it even pick up times.

Under normal circumstances, you have to print and present your tour ticket on paper, but we also accept your mobile ticket sent to your phone. You need to show a ticket that you had on your mobile phone. The Grand Azur hotel you are staying in, our vehicles cannot enter the hotel's door, instead you should have waited 5 meters from the main street in front of your hotel. The Siteler area where your hotel is located is an area with very heavy traffic in the morning, it is possible that the bus will be late, but we apologize for this.

Very professional service with our driver picking us up 10 mins early as everyone was ready. The boarding passes were emailed the day before which sped up the checking in process considerably and on our return the driver was again waiting for us. I couldn't rate this company any less than perfection.

Rhodes is a lovely place but for nearly a 12 hour trip you only have 4 hours in Rhodes. Majority of the time is waiting to get through passport control. Would recommend the trip only if you don’t mind waiting around.

Great day! The only downside was the queue for customs at each side but worth it when you get into Rhodes Old town. You literally walk out of the boat and into the old town in 5 minutes. Def recommend!
