Not as advertised and unexpected additional charge

The package was advertised as approximately 2 hours and included foam massage, oil massage, scrub massage and sauna. When we arrived, we were told the included massage was only 15 minutes. We then had to pay an additional 1,000 TL each to receive a one hour massage. The venue told us the package details came from Viator. We contacted Viator about the issue but our refund request was refused. Check the exact massage duration and inclusions carefully before booking.

Good massage and bath. Too Much sales

Too much upselling of additional services and products from when you first enter the hotel ( it’s in a hotel basement) and continues with every individual treatment you have. Some people may be ok with it. Personally we found it hard to enjoy the bath/massage etc when people are asking for yet another x amount of TRL for another add on, when you felt you’d already signed up to the inclusive experience at a) the original time of booking and b) when you had the 10 minute sales pitch when you entered the spa reception. Massage and bath itself were good though although my 14 year old son lucked out as his treatments seems to last half the length of time as the adults - despite paying adult prices.

This Turkish bath experience is excellent. I went to the experience by myself and the driver was super friendly which made me feel at ease. Once I got into the hotel, the Turkish bath is located on the floor below reception. Now on first impression the decor is slightly dated but once you start going for the services it is quickly forgotten. The bath itself was good, I was in the hammam bath area by myself and Saf (i think that's his name) was so friendly, efficient and thorough. I came out feeling refreshed and ready for my massage. Next I booked additional 30min massage onto my package and the masseuse Oyia ( again I may have spelt this wrong) she was fantastic. Very experienced, through and has a great technique. After the massage, she highlighted problem areas which I really appreciated and due to the level of care she took with the massage, I knew I could trust her opinion. Absolutely fantastic. I returned 3 times whilst on holiday and it was really worth it. The entire are great and I would recommend.

Poor, worst Turkish bath ever had and had a few.

There for 3 hours. Waited one and half hours to go in to Sauna. 2 min foam massage for child, 5 min scrub and foam massage for female, 7 min for male. Waited another hour for oil massage.

We had a terrific time at the Marmaris Turkish bath!! Of course did the bath and then also add in a foot massage, full massage (which rated one of our top massages ever!!) and our husbands did the shave and haircut!! It was an experience all men should try!! And we have videos to prove it!! We would not miss doing this again if we returned to Marmaris!!

Full service spa with very friendly staff. Picked up on time from hotel and spa was about a 10 minute drive away. Once you arrive, you are given the option to purchase additional treatments. These were well priced and so we took the whole package at £75 each. This comprised a number of treatments taking over 3 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointing and rude

This was a really disappointing experience and the customer service since has also been horrendous. This was supposed to be a 2 hour relaxing experience but ours was about 15 mins. The driver forget to pick us up, our hotel manager had to call them for us to remind them to pick us up as we had been waiting ages, they picked us up 25 mins late, at 11:25 and we were returned back to our hotel at 12:15, even if they say the experience includes travel time/dressing time then this didn't even total half of what was promised when booking. They let you sit in a cold sauna for a couple mins, then wash you down then spend most of the time taking pictures of you which they want 20 euros for to be emailed to you, then a few mins massage. This was the worst experience, complete waste of time and money, not relaxing in the slightest. I got this for my friends 30th birthday present while we were away and it was so disappointing. I've contacted them since to ask for a refund but have been consistently ignored. It's also a complete lie in the description saying its in one of the last proper Turkish Bath buildings, not a hotel basement.... this is completely untrue it is in the basement of Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Collection was 20 minutes late with a poor quality minibus, the baths themselves felt like you were being herded around like cattle, however the treatments themselves (I paid extra for more treatments) were very nice. Collection was a disaster. First I was approached and shouted at “we go now”, I had been waiting a considerable time without any communication and then the minibus didn’t have enough seats for all the passengers. I kept being told 2 in the front but refused to be parted from my children because I wasn’t sure if they would be travelling with me. In the end we departed with people standing. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this and advise people to do this trip independently.
