our guide, Natalia, did a great job of showing us her city. The tour, however, lacked amazing sights. A lot of driving to look out points, an interesting stop at an iguana farm, and rest stop that lacked refreshments.

Great tour. GUIDE had great knowledge of area. Comfortable coach and small group tour. Saw lots of area. Not rushed. Plenty of variety.

Great half day tour of the city! Naomie (hope we spelt her name right!) was a lovely, friendly and informative guide and very knowledgeable. Took us to some great sights, including hidden gems (beaches, etc.). Learnt a lot. Driver was great and drove well. Highly recommended.

Did not undertake the tour as we were told maximum 12 passengers, had 20 on coach & a/c didn't work at the rear where we were seated, with no visibility from the back row. All other seats occupied.
Got off before tour begun due to struggle to breath & offered full refund.
Issue wasn't so much 20 people as it was tight space & no a/c reaching the rear of the coach.
Communication was good throughout & there was no quibble about a refund.
However our cruise visit to Manzanillo was ruined by this experience.

Our units are in proper working condition; however, Manzanillo’s high temperatures can sometimes make the initial cooling period feel slower, especially when all passengers have just boarded.
In order to avoid any dissatisfaction and because we truly value our guests’ comfort, we offered you a full refund as a courtesy — even though full refunds are not normally permitted once check-in has been completed. We wanted to ensure you felt supported and treated fairly in that moment.
We appreciate your acknowledgment of our communication and assistance, and we are continuously working to improve the experience for all our visitors. We hope you will give Manzanillo another chance in the future.
Very friendly and fun! We saw a little big of everything! Beach, market and town. Beatiful views of the port.

This is a less expensive, smaller group tour than the cruise shore excursion, so those are pluses. The only problem is that there's not much to see on the tour
The first stop was the iguana zoo. It had a few other animals, like raccoons and javelinas. Only the adult iguanas had anything resembling a decent habitat. The other birds and animals were in tiny pens. One raccoon appeared deceased. Frankly this facility would be closed immediately in the US.
Then we basically drove. Drove past beaches, past viewpoints, through resorts. We did stop for a photo op once or twice.
The midday stop was at a "handicrafts artisan flea market" which was the same same T's and tourist items that are ubiquitous. This was also a restaurant stop, where I had a beer, tortillas, and pico de gallo for a very small price.
The guide was very enthusiastic and informative. She just didn't have a lot to work with.

Great overview of the area. Saw many highlights. My husband enjoyed seeing a cargo ship come in. I appreciated the sculptures in Centro.
