The horse guides were very experienced friendly and professional. The horses are very friendly and beautiful animals. I would repeat this excursion in Manzanillo . The tour operator owner Danny was waiting for us out of the cruise port entry having his own booth. He was very professional

The tour was cancelled. When I asked why, the reason was that the cruise ship departure time didn’t allow enough time. I’m glad they cancelled if they couldn’t get get us back to the ship in time, but not only was the ship’s schedule known for months, but I had notified them twice through the Viator app with no reply. I went the extra step to contact the tour operator through the app, but still no reply. Because the tour was cancelled the day before, there was no time to research and book an alternative. Hence a day pretty much wasted. Oh well.

Ride was for close to 90 minutes. Group of 8 were monitored by 2 from tour agency. I am a short person but the horse was average. If I was seated on a smaller pony ride would have been comfortable. I dropped out also partly feeling insecure with only 2 persons monitoring and language barrier.

I would to say how much I would recommend Danitours, the horse back riding was awesome, easy pick up, got off of ship and right there they were with a sign with my name on it. took us to the horse ride went way back into jungle awesome. the operator treated us like kings and queens. when we got back to ship my wife discovered she lost her phone, so back off the ship we go, we waited at the drop off point, and a Danitour van pulled up, I explained my wife lost her phone in one of there vans, and He went out of his way to help us get her phone back, amazing, I thought no way we would see that phone again, what a great person he is to care about us. and a great company to go the extra mile to help us. I would recommend them for all there tours they offfer,
