Discover the street art of Manchester’s Northern Quarter the fun way: with a self-guided challenge experience, downloadable as a cellphone app. You’ll play by solving puzzles in the style of a treasure hunt and unlocking stories as you explore. You’ll learn about the street art project known as the Cities of Hope, and discover the story behind the Stevenson Square canvas. The app is very clanky, the directions are not always clear. It was hard to complete the challenges when two of the places were boarded up and one not there. If following the map it does not always tske you to the right place

Didn’t work, wanted me to pay extra to get access. Got no response when I tried to get support.

That does not sound right, you have all the instructions sent after the booking. You just need to use the unlocking code in order to redeem the experience, there is no requirement of any additional payment. This is a game to try and complete the objective before they phone GPS mapping causes your phone battery to run out.
