The app is very clanky, the directions are not always clear. It was hard to complete the challenges when two of the places were boarded up and one not there. If following the map it does not always tske you to the right place
Response from Host, Jun 2026

We want to look into this right away to fix the route and clarify the directions. Please email us at explore@questoapp.com so we can investigate and offer you a free quest to try our experience again.
Thanks, Alex - Founder of Questo
Didn’t work, wanted me to pay extra to get access. Got no response when I tried to get support.
Viator was helpful with getting a refund tho!

We had a lot of fun working out the questions and finding the street art. I would fully recommend this.
