This experience was amazing and so worth the price I paid for it. Maher, the tour guide, is awesome! I actually ended up being the only person on the trip, and Maher was so helpful and attentive to all my questions. He took me through Kobar, Dammam, and Dharan. Not only did he take me through these cities, he explained so many interesting things to me. He also made the process at the border crossing so smooth and easy. Pickup and drop off at my hotel was also very smooth and timely. If you’re wanting to visit Saudi Arabia, definitely do it with Maher — and don’t doubt making the reservation — so worth it. I highly recommend this day trip, and it is definitely the highlight of my 10-day trip to the GCC countries!

This was a good experience and gave me a good introduction to Saudi and Saudi culture. FADHELL is an EXCELLENT guide and knows to navigate the border crossing. Visas were obtained quickly with little to no effort. The stops on the tour were all good and informative. The tour was a good length, left around 9:30 returned to the hotel about 17:00.
Also, this tour has NO HIGH PRESSURE SELLING. You are NOT taken to jewelry stores, carpet factory, tea house, etc. and subjected to sales pressure. At the Heritage Center, there are a few stores where you can shop, but it is totally optional, and the shopkeepers did not come out and yell at us to buy their goods, which I’ve encountered in other countries. Saudi and Bahraini culture is refined and civilized.

Maher is a kind, patient, knowledgeable guide. He handled my many questions with grace. Is a MUST DO! Since Saudi Arabia is so close, I am recommending to everybody, who visits Bahrain, to do this trip! Thus can taste a littlebit of Saudi and its traditions, accustoms, everyday life. Is an unique experience and the visited points are very well chosen! We have seen the breathtaking Khobar Corniche and the Heritage village, which is very unique: I recommend for those who visit the Heritage village to dress in local clothes, which are available on the ground floor (in Almasmak Lounge), to taste the cardamom coffee and take absolutely amazing pictures. It was an outstanding experience! Then we visited Ithra as well. Again is a must do! This trip worth every penny! Plus we were very lucky to have MAHER as our guide. When I checked the reviews prior to book the trip, I often read his name! He is an outstanding guide: he made the entire trip to be comfortable, plus he filled it with lots of essential and interesting information. The trip's quality is majorly influenced by the tourguide, therefore I can state, that we had the best quality trip! Thank you, Maher!

This was a great day out with Maher showing myself and another couple around eastern Sadi Arabia and helping us get through the entry and exit processes at the border. Maher is an excellent guide who was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about this country and its background. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day that was well worth the cost! I learned quite a bit about this country I was unfamiliar with and enjoyed a taste of its culture, food and religion. The border officers ere also extremely helpful trying to overcome any administrative issues as best they could. They made us feel welcome and wanted as visitors, which was a nice surprise!!

I would highly recommend this guided tour of Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. We saw some of the highlights of Khobar, Dammam, and Dhahran, which were all a pleasant surprise. Our guide arrived on time and made the process of crossing the Bahrain / Saudi border easy and seamless (one thing we were worried about). He recommended some good spots to stop for coffee, snacks, and an authentic Saudi lunch. I would highly recommend taking this tour to my friends, coworkers, and anyone seeing this part of Saudi Arabia from Bahrain.

This tour worth every single penny especially if it is your first time!
Maher is an experienced guide who makes our trip very enjoyable. Before we arrive Bahrain, he already communicated with us to ensure all documents are in place and answered any questions related to the tour. We are also allowed to customise our tour due to the size.
On the day, he arrived the pickup location on time and started the tour right away.
Maher helped us to communicate with the border officer as we had minor issues regarding the visa. Throughout the journey he showed us the tourist and local side of the KSA country, which is something we won't know about it. We are impressed by the enthusiasm of the local when Maher brought us to these local markets.
We have visited coastal line of Khobar, Heritage Village and King Abdulaziz Center. These are all the highlight of KSA and we have learnt a lot about the country. Maher also answered all the questions about the historical and cultural side of both countries.
At the end of the journey, he also suggested few Bahrain tourist spots which we can visit for the next few days.
This tour has changed our perspective about the country and how their tourism welcome to the world.
Maher handled the timing very well as we started from 9.30am and returned to hotel around 6.00pm.
This tour is suitable for anyone who wants to explore briefly in the KSA whilst staying in Bahrain for few days. If you have any concern about the dress code/etiquette as tourist, he is also able to answer these questions before the tour.
Maher is a fantastic tour guide who will definitely show you something surprising about the country!

This Bahrain tour was exceptional, largely thanks to my fantastic guide, Maher. Even though I was the only one on the tour, he provided a truly personalized experience. Communication from booking to the tour itself was excellent. Maher's knowledge of the region is impressive, and he shared fascinating insights into the history and culture. As a solo traveler, I appreciated his friendly company and his willingness to take as many photos as I wanted. He also gave great recommendations for other activities. Highlight of our cruise in the Persian Gulf. Oi guide Maher was super friendly, knowledgeable and we felt well taken care of the entire day. Saudi-Arabia was nothing like we expected but much much more. So friendly people, lot of cultural history that is much respected still today and what we appreciated the most not touristy at all. Will definitely recommend this tour!!

This is a great way to spend a day in Saudi Arabia, and Maher is the perfect guide. He keeps in contact beforehand (even sharing his live location when he is enroute to pick you up); he gets you through the boarder process quickly; he monitors traffic conditions to avoid backups; he provides interesting information, and he can answer all your questions. He is flexible and allows you to take the lead on time spent at the sites (never any rush), when/where to make photo stops, when/where to snack and have lunch (or to skip it - whatever you want). He is very accommodating and also takes you to beautiful and interesting sites you probably wouldn't know about. My favorite parts were the ocean/park views, walking through the non-tourist souq (including tasting many different types of dates), trying on traditional clothes at the Heritage Village, and exploring the gorgeous King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture with its amazing architecture. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated his offers to take photos for me. I highly recommend this tour!

Maher was a very capable guide. He helped us navigate the Saudi visa process on the Causeway and was enormously informative during our trip. Things never felt rushed but we took in a good number of sights. The highlight for me was the Cultural centre - a stunning piece of architecture and an amazing multi-use space. I would strongly recommend this trip as a one day in very capable hands.

Very easy way to see a fascinating bit of KSA when staying in Bahrain. No hassle with visas or paperwork, and a quick 45 min drive over a beautiful bridge. Very well planned tour. The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) was certainly a highlight. Gorgeous and one of the most architecturally fascinating buildings in the world. Designed by the Norwegian architectural firm Snohetta in the style of the Finnish-American architect Earo Saarinen (creator of the TWA terminal at JFK, the Gateway Arch in St Louis, and several building at MIT), it is simply stunning and a must-see architectural masterpiece.

The tour guide was very friendly and eager to show us around. Unfortuantely, the trip took place during ramadan, therefore most attractions were closed during daytime. A wonderful day trip from Bahrain to Saudi’s east coast. Visiting the cities of Khobar and Dammam a little must when you are having a bit of spare time in Bahrain. As a solo traveller the price of this trip was very high (almost the same cost as a couple) and I thought twice about doing the trip. However, I am very glad I did proceed and thought it was still value for money.
Maher is an excellent friendly guide with perfect English. He was really helpful with my pre-trip queries about Visas and money for Saudi and then was a knowledgable and accommodating guide during the trip. I am a keen photographer and he was very helpful in allowing me to stop for photos.
The journey across the Causeway was exciting and then we got a good view of life in Khobar and Dammam in Saudi Arabia by visiting a range of sites, shops and museums. Mahers is a good safe driver, his vehicle was in excellent condition and it was very comfortable.
