An amazing day! This is a unique part of the world and the guides were friendly knowledgeable. A great place to go for a 'Jalan Jalan'!

Ramang-Ramang was very beautyfull but the guides (2 + driver) spoke almost no english. They were very nice, but I am not sure that they were official guides.
They Didn't have first aid equiptment. My husband fell through a wooden bridge in a ricefield,. The wooden bridge very old and rotten and many boards missing. One Board broke under my husband and with no first aid equiptment it was very difficult to clean the wound and stop the bleeding. I had to take of my blouse to use as bandaid.
The firefly cave was very slippery and not easy to get in to or move around. Potentially dangerous to walk.
We didn't experience the last of the trip due to my husbands accident, we needed to get back quickly to Makassar for hospital treatment.

We are very sorry for the incident you experienced. The wooden bridge in Rammang-Rammang is indeed in need of renovation, and we truly regret that we did not have a first aid kit with us at that time. We immediately tried to go to the registration area to find first aid assistance.
