Itinerary

Travel independently to Shekou ferry terminal in Shenzhen, arriving with time to allow for ticket collection and border formalities. Exchange your printed e-ticket for round-trip ferry tickets at the booking office, and board the ferry for the crossing to Macau.

On arrival, meet your guide at the Outer Harbour Ferry terminal. Then, settle inside your comfortable, climate-controlled coach for your sightseeing tour of Macau's highlights.

Take in panoramic views of the city and its UNESCO-listed old quarter, once the heart of this old trading port. As you sightsee, hear how the city was administered by the Portuguese from the mid-16th century until 1999, when sovereignty was passed to the Chinese.

View the façade of the Ruins of the 17th-century Church of St. Paul, the only remains of Macau’s greatest Jesuit church. Take in the neighboring 400-year-old Monte Fort, and the remnants of the city walls as you hear how they stood in defense of the port during the 16th and 17th centuries.

Enjoy a buffet lunch at the revolving 360 Cafe on the 60th floor of Macau Tower. Then see the nearby Sands Casino, Macau’s first Vegas-style casino, and key in making the city one of the world’s hottest gaming destinations.

Continue to the Macau Tower and experience the bird’s-eye views (own expense) from this 1,100-feet (300-meter) tower, completed in 2001. Then, enjoy a drop-off at The Venetian Macau, the world’s largest casino. Enjoy ample time here independently, perhaps trying the gaming tables, shopping at the stores, or dining at one of the restaurants (all at own expense).

Lastly, catch the hotel shuttle to the ferry terminal. Catch the ferry back to Shenzhen, where your experience concludes. Then, return to your hotel independently.

Please note: Round-trip ferry tickets are reserved at least one day in advance, so please book at least 48 hours before your tour.

Highly recommend you to go to the business center in your hotel in Shenzhen to do this in advance. Otherwise the ticketing office in Shekou Ferry Terminal will refuse to accept you E-ticket in your phone.
There will be no tour guide who helps you to get your paper ticket at Shekou Ferry Terminal.
