BEWARE OF VIATOR

Tour guide never showed up and could not be contacted. BEWARE of VIATOR bc they are telling me I have to wait for a refund until the supplier sends it. What?! They couldn’t even be contacted. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My group of 4 had an amazing trip to Livingstone, Zambia. The day trip to Chobe National Park was spectacular! We were transported to the border and then transferred by boat to Botswana. Then a boat trip on the Chobe River where we got up close and personal with all kinds of wildlife......elephants, hippos, cape buffalo, and more. Then lunch on the boat next to a herd of elephants. We were then transferred to an open Jeep for a safari and got close to lots of elephants, giraffes, lions, impala, and the list goes on. The guides were excellent and knowledgeable. The tour operator then worked with us to customize a personal, guided day tour of both sides of Victoria Falls, the town of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and a walking safari to get up close to Rhinos. He worked closely with me to customize exactly what we wanted, and for a very reasonable cost. Lastly, he transported us to and from the airport. I highly recommend him!!!
