I booked this in March and the most realistic review was put on in July. The tour is nothing like the description. We couldn’t find the starting point or any bus to get on at all. We made our own way to Anfield in an Uber. We showed our tickets at the tour and were told they only let you into the museum (which is free anyway) We did get discount for the tour because we had our bus ticket. Got a taxi back to the city at our own cost. AVOID this tour. I have emailed asking for a refund

Misleading Itinerary - Buyer beware

This is an extremely misleading tour. The itinerary shows the bus option followed by several other attractions. However, the Liverpool FC stadium and Strawberry Field are nowhere near the bus route. you must taxi/Uber to go to either of these. Because of the limited time the attractions are open, there is almost no chance of actually utilizing all of the passes. Two of the attractions had no idea what the pass was. At least one of them let us go on the tour anyway. I felt completely ripped off by this tour and would highly advise everyone to steer clear of it. It is not worth the price. The individual cost of entry will be far more economical.

Hi, We’re really you feel this way. This said, the information about the hop-on hop-off tour is very specific and clearly states that it’s not linking the attractions. Each included attraction, experience and tour states explicitly what’s included and what’s not. We contacted our partners and none of them have logged any issues with our pass on your day of arrival, and they refused that they turned any of our passholders away. We always advise guests to contacts us right away for any issues. We never want any of our customers to have a bad experience but we also cannot be help accountable if someone doesn’t read what they’re booking. We were able to see and do most everything on our list on this tour. The Beatles Story and British Music Experience were wonderful. We took the ferry ride and got some great pictures. Great value and a great way to see the city.

Merseyside River cruise and sightseeing tour were absolutely brilliant and very informative. The British music experience was interesting but not much there pleased I got it on the pass otherwise would of felt ripped off. Alot of the experiences didn't know how the pass worked and I kept having to prove it was for them.

Absolutely terrible. Information to find the tour was incomplete, there was no address, we were told we needed to redeem the tickets before using them, again with no exact address of where to do so. In short, we did not spend one minute on the bus and will be getting a refund.

Hello, This is duplicate rating and we’ll be asking to have this removed. In the meantime, there is no communication between us stating you’d need to redeem the tickets in advance. In the product description it clearly states that you don’t have to redeem your passes. In your booking confirmation email there are step by step guides on how to use your passes. We never want any of our customers to have a bad experience but we also cannot be help accountable if someone doesn’t read what they’re booking.

Eigentlich ist der Pass eine gute Sache. Allerdings muss man genau lesen. Es war nur das Museum vom FC Liverpool enthalten, aber nicht die Stadiontour. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis konnten wir die Tour dann machen. Wir haben noch den Hop on Hop Off Bus genommen, waren in der Beatles Story und sind mit der Fähre gefahren. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. An allen Attraktionen waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Che bello il Liverpool Pass e che bella Liverpool! Mi sono divertito un sacco in questa città, vedendo un sacco di cose fighe. Il Liverpool Pass mi ha fatto spendere poco. Non solo abbiamo risparmiato sulle attrazioni, ma anche sul cibo, le bevande e uno spettacolo teatrale! Abbiamo risparmiato €133 dal nostro conto (2 persone) al Bread Street Kitchen semplicemente mostrando i nostri pass. Fantastico! Poi abbiamo risparmiato altri €47 per la colazione al Wreckfish Bistro di nuovo semplicemente mostrando il nostro pass. Il pass si è pagato da solo. Una scelta ovvia! Lo consiglio a tutti!
