This activity is not suitable for pregnant women and people with serious medical conditions The tour is wheelchair and stroller friendly Vehicle Information: In most cases, groups of 1-4pax will be served using SUV type of vehicle. If the client requests for bigger vehicle type i.e., AUV/Van, there will be a surcharge of P500. Groups of 5 -10pax will be served using AUV/Van type of vehicle. If for any reason that the available vehicle for Group of 5 -7pax is SUV and with guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a refund of P500. Please note for airport pick up and drop off: An additional surcharge of P600/vehicle (up to 4pax) and P1,000/vehicle (up to 10pax) will be charged payable directly to the driver. Make sure you indicate the correct flight number. Missed pick-up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable. If your flight number has changed, please inform the operator as soon as possible so the driver can track your flight status. Maximum of 1-pc luggage per guest. If clients bring more than the maximum allowable luggage allowance, the client may be served with a bigger vehicle and will be subject to a surcharge. Otherwise, the operator shall not be held liable for any discomfort the clients might experience due to excess luggage. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available How to get there By Air Daily flights from Manila to Legazpi and Cebu to Legazpi - 1 hour By Land Take a bus from Pasay or Cubao Terminal or by private van – 10-12 hours Pickup/dropoff outside Legazpi Centro or Daraga Centro is subject to a surcharge payable directly to the driver Note: Php300/hr will be charged in excess of 5 hrs or in excess of 6hrs if with ATV if the tour exceeds service hours due to clients’ request, payable directly to the driver. No charge will be applied if the delay is caused by inclement weather or road conditions. Some considerations may be given by the driver depending on the situation.
