This is really a fantastic trip. Because of the snow, the journey was delayed by about 2 hours. Fortunately, it wasn’t cancelled and we experienced the impressing Tasman Glacier. The guide is a warmhearted gentleman. He introduced those scenery in detail. Because of the delay, they even kindly sent a 50% refund. So sweet!

Enjoyed the day. Nice tour guide. Visibility better from the window seats. We joined at Lake Tekapo to go to Mount Cook. I imagine it was quite a long day for those coming from Christchurch. Mount Cook is magnificent and the surrounding glaciers, I recommend seeing it, whether it be this tour or your own means, however the tour driver is very accomplished at driving on the wintry roads.

Tough getting 3 stars due to clouds.. I have gotten some great feedback regarding that day so please let me know more about the "inaudible" commentary... we will need to get this fixed if it's a mic issue :)
Also with the arrival of the late bus, I will reach out to the driver for more information - I am aware there was a no show that did delay us due to not being able to get hold of them. A real pity when other customers let the group experience down.

Good day. Spectacular views even though the cloud wasn't the best on the day. It is always going to be hit and miss in the mountains. Great driver that avoided an accident just! A foreign driver decided to pull over were you couldn't at the last minute with half a dozen vehicles behind and almost caused a disaster. Our driver Shale? (Cheeky Kea)
handled it very professionally. Very good driver. Worth more money if management are looking at this.

Watch out for snow in Tekapo in winter. It had been snowing until the previous day, and roads seemed to be closed, with some people trapped in Tekapo. It was perfectly fine on the day we went and we could enjoy the snowscape. The tour was in the middle of three days and two nights, and the weather was nice and I enjoyed the amazing scenery. The driver was happy enough to stay with us even if we didn't have the view. However, I had to climb the optional blue lake with a lot of effort because it was frozen by snow, but when I did, I was disappointed to find that it was a gray lake instead of blue.

Mais on a pris le temps pour faire un ramassage de personnes n’ayant pas participé au trajet aller.

2.行程應在10點整集合，司機遲到了30分鐘，我們在dark sky project前寒冷的等待著，沒有接到任何形式的通知會晚到；到了aoraki已經12：06，仍被告知要在14：30集合，我們損失了半小時步行時間且沒有任何補償.
3.午餐是火腿起司三明治、糕點、馬芬、飲料及各種小點心，都是NZ當地品牌的好東西，感覺很用心準備.

It is unfortunate that even with the lovely experience you had the delay for your pick up time meant you rated the tour low. It does mention that pick ups from Tekapo are at 10 but to please allow a leniency of 10 minutes as drivers can run behind due to other customers or road conditions i.e. icy, closures
Sadly in this case we were unable to reach you regarding the pick up delay, I understand this must have been frustrating.
Our tour does allow 2 - 2.5 hours in Mt Cook, and this is without previous interruptions which as you are aware, can occur.
I am glad you had a great time with us and that you loved our lunch!
