The Sand Dunes and blue lakes is a very nice place to take photos,only thing is the one who pick us from the resorts is the tour guide or only driver ? At first he is ok but he mansion about the kueh lapis and message,I told him I don’t like kueh lapis and messages I have book from the hotel, feel the different from him . He drive us to the restaurant and just let us go in ourselves, until the waitress bring us a menu, I still has to ask the manager with the tour itinerary ,is the lunch Included, and one of us is a vegetarian cause when he pick us up he has mansion but he didn’t inform the restaurant ,when reaching the blue lake , he just let us off the car without saying anything, in the end of the trip, he still ask us, do you want to go shopping that stated in the itinerary.We went in the Supermarket around 10min, reaching the resort above 3.plus. So the whole trip we are on time .

Usually our driver is also as tour guide. He will accompany & help our guests on tour trips. To fill the free time along the trip, he will explain what our guests can see, can shop & can enjoy in Bintan island at a more suitable rate (cheaper) price. Maybe because that's what makes you feel uncomfortable.
We always remind our driver/guide to always take our guests to tourist objects, show good spots to take photos & also help our guets take photos if our guests need for it.
We also always remind our driver/guide if we take our guests to the restaurant, we have to find a table/seat, inform to waiter that our guests is alakarte or which package that our guests get.
I'm confused what do you mean by our driver/guide which one will serve you with what you mentioned. If necessary, please tell us the name of the driver who drove you, what tour package did you booked with us & tour booked under name?
So we can improve our services
Our lunch menu is seafood & some of our guests tell us via email if they ask for a vegetarian menu, we will replace the seafood menu with a vegetarian menu, why don't you tell us via email?
We always contact our guests via whatsapp one day before the day of the tour, if you want vegetarian lunch menu you can also tell us, but why not you?

Beaucoup de choses à voir, très différentes les unes des autres.
Nous aurions préféré un repas indonésien plutôt que chinois mais bon tout ne peut être parfait.
Nous recommandons.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Tag. Der Fahrer Yornalis hat uns pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und dann sind wir zuerst zur Mangroven-Tour (: ein sehr schönes Fleckchen erde (Lebensraum für viel Tiere u Insekten). Leider an den meisten Stellen sehr schmutzig das Wasser. Es schwimmt so viel Öl, Plastik, Müll auf dem Fluß, das es mir in der Seele weh tut. Die Unterkünfte die es am Fussufer mal gab sind verlassen, die meisten schon verfallen (nur noch Ruinen übrig). Die Fahrt auf dem Fluss war prima, leider etwas unpassend das der Guide (der die Mangroven-Tour mit uns gemacht hat) uns sagte wir sollen bitte nicht die Hände/Füsse ins Wasser halten, wegen der Sauberkeit (könnte Creme/seife etc. ins Wasser gelangen)...TOTAL unglaubwürdig, wenn amn diesen ganzen Müll u Öl auf den Wasser sieht ): Danach waren wir auf der Safari Lagoi (was ich uns gerne erspart hätte. Tiere im Zoo in winzigen Gehegen, hat mich sehr traurig und wütend gemacht. Angebunden u teilweise in sehr kleinen Käfigen, hinter Glas u ganz allein (ohne Artgenossen). Möchte ich nicht nochmal sehen u würde es gerne rückgängig machen. Man sollte die Leute besser vorher informieren was sie sehen, dann können sie wählen ): . Dann hätten wir ein Mittagessen in einem Fischrestaurant "Kelong Seafood" wo viele Einheimische essen gehn und es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Essen war üppig u viel Auswahl (Fisch, Muscheln, Chicken, Gemüse, eine Art Spinat u große Portionen). Das hätten wir niemals aufessen können. Der Ausblick war interessant... aufs Meer bei Ebbe u den Fischern zusehen. Service u Bedienung SEHR freundlich u aufmerksam! Anschließend sind wir zu einem Buddhatempel gef. "Vihara Dharma shantia" wo ich ein riesiger goldener Buddha lag - wow - und durch die Stadt u den lokalen Markt sind wir gefahren (der findet allerdings nur morgens von 5-11 statt). Zum Abschluss sind wir noch an die Dünen "Blue Lake und Dessert" gefahren, was mein Highlight der Tour war "sehr schön anzusehen". Es war schönes Wetter (bis auf einen Regenschauer am Ende der Tour). Insgesamt ein schöner Ausflug!
