This was a great tour. The operator responds quickly to requests and questions. Our driver was great, it was a smooth trip from the resort to the beach. The boat ride to the kelong was also a lot of fun. We got to do a lot of activities like snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and jumping from the platform. The staff also took a lot of videos and pictures in the water and we got them back the next day. They also led us to the areas with fish and coral. Would love to do this again if I ever get the chance!

Great experience. Very organised tour. Very punctual. All stuff very nice and friendly. Our guide was very helpful and taking care of us at all times. They send us the pics and videos they took the next day. Would recommend 100%!

amazing and smooth experience from start to finish - we were picked up from our hotel and then had an hour-long drive to the beach where we had a 10-minute boat ride to a floating platform area with snorkeling and kayaking gear. there are lockers to store your bags while you snorkel, and our guide brought us out to see clownfish, parrotfish, and even some jellyfish! flippers, masks, and snorkel tubes were provided and we had a great couple hours snorkeling with the guide and free snorkeling after. basic showers and changing room facilities were also provided, and the guide took pictures of us on the company's GoPro! our driver waited for us so we were picked up straightaway and got back to our hotel promptly. wonderful experience and very value for money :)

5 stars for the snorkelling facilitators as they are caring and nice to my mum (over 70) and 5 years old who is very scared by snorkeling. They kept guiding them and did lots of pictures and video for everyone as well though I am not sure the quality (I will explain below) .
5 stars for Rio our driver as well. He speak both English and Chinese so I don’t need to translate every time. He is very responsive for all my inquiries and actually I booked car rental with him for 2nd day.
4 stars for the combination of snorkelling, kayaking and fishing, but the island for kayaking is super dirty with all the plastic ware on the shore though there is no one living there. It’s such a shame.
2 stars for the general environment. The water is not clear at all till the level you can not tell the colour of the coral. The snorkelling area is very small as there is no more coral if you go a bit further from the Kelong. There is only grass in the sand. We were not lucky either , there were a big group of 20 people staying overnight there before we arrived. The shower facilities is not cleaned yet and the toilet sewage pipe is only a few meters away. Actually you pay less and get better quality of fish and coral in Adventure Cove. I booked the snorkelling outside of resort as kids below 8 years are not accepted from the hotel activities ,but the general environment in Bintan outside of resort area I would say quite disappointed.

The water here is usually very clear, but a few days ago there were sudden strong winds and the water became cloudy. The big group of 20 people stay overnight there & we came when them just leaving, so the staff there are not finish yet to clean that place. This is beyond our knowledge & out of our control. All we can say is that we went snorkeling at the wrong time.
What we can ensure is that our service always strives for the best.
We are give a extra activities with FOC beside snorkeling to let our dearest guests not only can do snorkeling there but also can do kayaking & fun fishing. We are explain that you can do kayaking arround & also can go to the nearby island if you want, but actually go to that island are not included in our snorkeling package. That island is own by someone, it's open for visit & do some water activities there before covid ( ofcourse have to pay for entrance ticket ), but that island are closed during covid until now are not 100% open, so still not proper maintain

Fantastic experience.
Got a free pickup from Roka Resort and taken to the beach where it was a 19 minute boat ride to a large structure in the sea.
Fantastic coral and snorkelling and the people were friendly and very helpful.
We also borrowed a kayak and paddles to a nearby island with mangrove trees.
Unlimited water and coffee and they even made us some fried noodles or noodle soup for lunch.
We stayed for about 4 hours but we could leave whenever we wanted, they just called the driver to pick us up.
Also great toilet facilities which were super clean.
A superb experience.

Was a really fun and unique experience! We were the only group there, so we had the freedom of doing whatever we wanted! We still managed to snorkel, kayak and dive even though it was raining - it was still pretty safe. We had lots of fishes eating out of our hands and the guides took many photos and videos of us underwater. The drive to and from the jetty usually takes 1+ hours, but it took a bit longer for us because some of the roads were flooded... But it was a 10/10 experience nevertheless!!

Made a last minute reservation but the tour was smooth and everything was well planned out. The marine life at the kelong was better than expected and worth the 1 hour car ride!

We went on this tour with our 6yo. Booked last minute and tour operator got in touch within 10 minutes to confirm.
We had private transfer, in car and boat. It was about 1 hour drive from our hotel (close to BBT ferry) to the dock, then a quick 10 minutes ferry to a floating structure where we jumped off for snorkeling, kayaking and fishing. We actually didn't realize that we had the option to do kayaking and fishing as well, so that was a pleasant surprise. We also got a private room to change cloth. There's even a bed in the room that we could take a nap! They also took a bunch of underwater pictures and videos that they sent to us for free after the trip.
We very much enjoyed the tour!
