We had a great experience on this tour. Our driver and guide, Yurnalis, picked us up promptly at 9:30am from our hotel lobby, and our first stop was the stunning Blue Lake and Sand Dunes. The weather was hot, but the scenery was absolutely beautiful and made for some spectacular photos.
We then headed to Kelong “Jagonya” Seafood Restaurant for a seafood set lunch. The dishes were familiar—similar to Singaporean and Malaysian stir-fried seafood—and overall very tasty.
Our final stop was a small souvenir stall with plenty of free samples to try, which was a fun way to wrap up the tour. We were back at our resort by 1pm, making it a smooth, pleasant, and well-organised half-day outing.

I booked a wrong date and Rio was very accommodating for the date change. Arif is an excellent guide. The lunch included should perhaps focus more on quality rather than quantity.

The half day 4 hour tour was such an amazing experience. Our tour guide picked us up from the ferry terminal and took us right to the Blue Lake and Sand dunes. The views are breathtaking and there's plenty of time for pictures. We were then driven around the island through one of the main towns and visited Chinese and Buddhist temples. The last stop was a tasty seafood lunch. There was 2 of us but enough food to feed 4 people. We were dropped back off at the ferry terminal and headed back to Singapore on the one hour ferry ride. This was a fabulous day trip.

Service provider Bintan Trans Pratama did not pick us up at the scheduled time as they thought we have cancelled the tour. We have to call them and inform them we did not cancel. After checking, they admitted their mistake and arrange for a guide to pick us up 1 hour later. Totally disappointed with the tour. We demand a refund. Please get back to me.

Here we want to explain what happened, of course not like what you wrote here
You have booked 2 tours with us, Mangrove Discovery Tour and Bintan Sand Dune & Blue Lake Tour. Then you cancel our Bintan Sand Dunes & Blue Lakes Tour and don't know when you have book it back. We have contacted you via WhatsApp chat asking why you canceled the Bintan Sand Dune & Blue Lake Tour? But you didn't reply. Then 1 day before the tour we also contact you via WhatsApp chat to provide data on our driver and vehicle who will pick you up for the Mangrove Discovery Tour, and here you respond. We also offered our tour package "Bintan Sand Dune & Blue Lake Tour" to you, but you didn't respond anymore. The next day "tour day" your wife contacted us because you were waiting in the lobby of the hotel where you were staying for the Bintan Sand Dune & Blue Lake Tour. We were surprised to receive your wife's call via WhatsApp, we didn't have time to check our system first, we immediately arranged a car to pick you up. Since it was a bit busy that day & our English speaking drivers are already out, just leave the Chinese speaking driver, he will be able to get to your hotel lobby within 5 minutes, but if you want an English speaking guide, we tell you that our English speaking guide will arrive at the lobby of the hotel where you are staying in 35 minutes, are you willing to wait? You agree to wait, therefore we arrange our English speaking guide on time to arrive at your hotel lobby 35 minutes after your agreement & the tour is also running full time as usual.
What you need to know is:
1. If we know you didn't cancel our tour "Bintan Sand Dune & Blue Lake Tour", why do we still offer you this tour again? And you already know because we told you about it too
2. If you want us to refund your tour money, why don't you let us know before the tour starts, instead you agree to wait 35 minutes for our English speaking guide to pick you up and continue with our tour, if you ask for a refund of your tour money due to us If you are late picking you up before the tour starts, we will refund your money in full, but if you have already taken our tour in full then we cannot return your money

Our ship did not stop in Indonesia, due to visas. But I read this was a great tour. And it was my loss. I did not get to see i the beaches. I would love to do this tour.

You are who book a tour with the starting time of the tour that you specify, we will only pick you up according to the starting time that you requested. You can just choose the starting time of the tour in the afternoon if you don't want it to be too hot. But our experience is that in sunny weather you can get good photos.
Regarding our lunch package, can you state what you don't like, so we can improve our lunch package

Unfortunately it rained during the main part of the trip which is the sand dune hence we didn't get to walk around. However the tour itself is still good, I can imagine we'll have a good time if weather is nice. Driver was nice and friendly, though not very strong in English speaking. Hence we didn't get good introduction of where we are going. It would also be nice if the driver can contact directly as I was liaising with the company instead to ask where is the driver and when is he coming etc. Overall still a good experience! A highly recommended trip.

It rained when you go to main part of the trip which is the sand dune, the rain are stop in the afternoon so we change to go to others place which is Lagoi Bay & Plaza.
Because there ara not allowed to park car near the Lagoi Bay & Plaza so our driver are park the car at the car park that a bit far from the drop of point.
Overall we will increase our services quality

This is the first time I use Viator,Actually we chose Chinese tour language but the guide can speak English only,and joined another two people with us,we didn't receive any contact information after booking,it's inconvenient.However,The view is picturesque and the guide is friendly,He helped us to book the massage and picked us up,the massage is great！I will come to Bintan again！
