Yurnalis was our driver. Super nice and considerate. He looked over our ferry tickets as well to make sure we would make it on time. Also a good driver and knowledgable about the island. Thank you so much!

Transport miss the pick up at BBT. After text to come hotel at 3pm to pick up to go round but came 20mins late and I had left in another transport.
One thing for sure, will not recommend this transport service.

You are our first customer who is not aware of your own mistakes.
You booked car rental with a pick-up time of 11.00am at the BBT ferry terminal, and we have contacted you one day before your arrival to double ensure that the pick-up time, because as far as we know there are no ferries arriving at 11.00am but the ETA is 11.20am and it turns out to be correct. You will arrive at the BBT ferry terminal at 11.20am. We have informed you that our driver will pick you up outside the main door of the BBT ferry terminal holding a signage with your name (due to BBT ferry terminal regulations, everyone picking up guests can only wait outside). As usual, our driver is ready to wait for our guests before the ferry docks. However, our driver waited until 12.30pm, all the passengers on the 11.20am ferry ran out and didn't meet you, we immediately contacted you & you said you took the hotel shuttle to the hotel and had arrived at the hotel, were taking care of check-in and asked us to pick you up after you check in at 3.00pm. With no other choice then we agreed to our car rental start time from 11.00am to 3.00pm. At 2.45pm our driver arrived at the hotel where you were staying and we contacted you, but you didn't reply to our messages & didn't answer our calls. Our driver asked the hotel staff to call your room and even checked your room but there was no one in the room. At 3.30pm you just replied to our message. You were in town with another driver & asked for our car rental to be changed to the next day. You should know that we have provided our driver & car to pick you up at the BBT ferry terminal where you requested to be picked up at 11.00am & we have not accepted car orders from other guests, but you asked to change to 3.00pm and then change to the next day just because you want to going out with another driver.
You booked our car rental service and you left with someone else, it's not our problem but it's your own problem

The driver was very prompt and even though it was raining heavily, the journey was safe. When the car couldn’t stop at the small streets of Tanjung Pinang, he came down and walk with us to the market which we wanted to go though it was raining.

Had a great time with Agus. Communication with contact person was great and every effort was made to make our trip a comfortable one. Pickup was on time and Agus had great recommendations. Journey was comfortable and safe. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to explore Bintan.
