Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the experience itself was most enjoyable. Pickup and drop off at the hotel was also much appreciated and our driver, Mr. Ari, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Pick up at hotel was on time, driver of the car and guide on the boat were very courteous. The boat ride into the groves was very nice. We took the 10am ride and though it was sunny, it was also very breezy! The boat is an open one and the guide advised us to hold on to our caps!

It was a good experience. Not crowded at all and it almost feels like we are the only tour in the river. The sound of the motor was really loud as I was sitting at the back and hence couldn't really hear the tour guide explanation clearly. However overall experience was still really good we spotted a few sleeping snakes.
