It was a good opportunity to get orientated to Kuwait City and a few of its museums. The day ended with an opportunity to eat dinner and shop in the souk.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! BEWARE AND DONT BOOK!!
We booked for 8am and no one showed. Contacted Viator and they said operator told them it’s too early they will arrive at 9:30. So why was the 8am slot available in the first place??
9:30am no one shows up. Contact them again and they said they are too busy and will just cancel. We totally wasted hours and leaving Kuwait today. So disappointed and they should be banned from Viator

Walid is a great guide, patience, he really wanted us to enjoy the tour. Forget about rushing us, he insisted if we needed more time at each location. He’s knowledgeable. Overall an amazing day where I learnt a lot about Kuwait, its history. The date & Arabian. Coffee at one of the stops were a nice touch. Thank you !!

I booked this tour and payment was made. At the 11th hour but was cancelled with no other options provided. On the cancellation email it had a button to click to initiate refund process but it just went to the tour information page. I’ve then sent an email to The to operator and no response. I’ve also sent a message to Viator customer service who saved they have contacted the operator. Very unprofessional

Walid was d4iver assigned for tour qnd he provided excellent service. I had 6 hrs stopover at Kuwait city so decided to take quick tour of city. Walid picked up at airport and he was there when I came out. He took me to few known places to visit and dropped back at airport on time. He is an Egyptian with very good knowledge of kuwait and it's history and did good job as guide and driver.

Beware of Viator booked tours in Kuwait. Both booked tours failed due to cancellation and no show. Leading up to the booked full day tour I was sent reminders it was upcoming. When I was prepared for 6am pick up I noticed a message from the night before saying the tour was cancelled. Then I searched for another tour and booked a half day tour for that evening. No-one showed up to pick me up. On phoning I was informed they could not "accommodate" me, yet they had accommodated my payment that morning. Very, very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic trip and tour guide. On the Half day tour travelled across much of Kuwait City and into the desert, including all the top sights, museums, and even ATV riding for an hour in the desert. Very memorable. A wonderful life experience with full of joy. The guide communicated with us through whatsapp. He took us from our hotel on time. With the ATV and buggy tours, camel photos, the desert was wonderful. The guide is a real listener and helped us very well. Do not hesitate to proceed with this tour. We are a group of 4 and we are all very happy at the end. The whole experience was very disorganized. We didn’t like the place we visited, and it definitely wasn’t worth the money. We needed two cars, but one of the drivers didn’t speak English, so we had no idea where we were being taken.

We had one evening to explore Kuwait. We contacted our tour operator in advance to discuss the best places to visit, as some places were already closed in the evening and others were not so suitable in the dark.
We were picked up at the airport and had a great evening in the impressive city. Our guide explained a lot and showed us many things that we would never have discovered on our own. We can highly recommend this tour operator.

Very good 5 hours private tour. Saw the towers, the market, the Grand Mosque, a super nice house with traditional kuwaiti/bedouin weavings/the causeway and the desert, where soon the Silk Cuty project will take place. Good communication with driver/guide via WhatsApp.

I booked this 4-5 hour trip around Kuwait. Appointment was at 2 pm and I waiting in lobby until service provider kindly apologized but he can make at 4pm. I asked isn't it dark at 17 getting, he said no problem. Ok I waited at 4 pm in lobby and I get call that yes, I'm late extra half an hour and in return I said call me when you are in lobby. Well Arrived at 4.30pm...with me was English lady, and we went to desert in dark, like can't see nothing, first 2 hours we drove in dark, then we stopped at desert for chai in camel farm and absolutely black, and the Irish lady freaked out, she wanted away from darkness as she was afraid and to be honest there was nothg, dark...u can't see a thing...I have been many times in desert and usually it's well made tents with lamps and carpets and cousins and chai...but here we are in dark and nothg, carpet in dark on sand. After we left for the city...again nothg too much, waving museum was nice and old market...but wverythg was fast come go. Ahmed the driver was truly good man, and he tried the best he can, best part was when he offered us chai with mint and baclava.. absolutely smile on my face but the whole idea for trip wasn't chai and baclava,it was to see Kuwait...Kuwait Is not yet ready for that day trips as other Arab countries I have done those.

The excursion is extremely exciting. Ahmed was amazing! He helped me have the most memorable experience in Kuwait. We visited so many amazing places and had great experiences. I loved the fish market and sunset in the desert. He bought fresh fish at the market and got it cooked up for us, and even found us a cup of fresh camel milk (delicious!!). He went above and beyond the itinerary and his requirements. I unexpectedly ended up spending a day in Kuwait. At midnight I booked this tour for pick-up in the morning. Hotel pick-up was prompt and on time. We then set out on our adventure with it being myself and another solo traveler. This tour hits all the main attractions in Kuwait with a quick trip out to the desert to see an abandoned military base from the Gulf War. Walid was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable on any and everything about Kuwait and its history. It was also nice just conversing with him throughout the day. He made no qualms about taking pictures of me or the other individual on the tour, so if you're wanting pictures of yourself that's no problem on this tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Kuwait with limited time available. The trip was great. Thank you Walid!
