They Rescheduled, rescheduled , then ghosted me. I requested a refund. Viator has requested a refund also.

Availability: Our records confirm that the tour was scheduled to run as booked on [Original Date/Time], and our team was prepared to accommodate your booking.
Communication: We maintain complete records showing that after initial communications regarding this booking, we did not initiate any subsequent rescheduling attempts or cancellations, nor did we "ghost" you.
Cancellation Policy: The booking remained confirmed and active until the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, you did not attend the tour and did not formally cancel the booking within the required cancellation timeframe.
We understand that you ultimately chose to book with a different operator, potentially attracted by a cash discount. While we respect your choice to pursue other travel options, a "no-show" on a confirmed booking, especially without formal cancellation, means we cannot recover the operational costs and loss of opportunity for other bookings.
Therefore, according to the terms and conditions of your confirmed Viator booking, we are unable to process a refund in this instance

I had a great time on this comprehensive tour of Kuwait and got to see all of the main attractions in one day. It was well organized and the tour guide was very accommodating. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuwait and wishing to get to know the country.

No guide showed up for my tour with this company. My hotel tried to ring them, no reply. The receptionist said this had previously occurred with an other guest.
I received no email or any other communication from the tour company either.
The support staff at Viator were very helpful

Despite our best efforts to find a quick alternative, it was not possible to secure a replacement vehicle in time to provide the service as planned. The safety and reliability of our transportation are paramount, and we could not proceed with a vehicle experiencing a significant issue.

I booked a tour on weekend. Any places didn’t open. The guide took me to other places which weren’t in Itinerary. He is professional, patient and flexible.
