My issue is NOT with Viator. My issue was with this actual tour company. It was confirmed before we left the United States. We landed in Kuwait and the tour was meant to be the same day as our arrival. We arrived early and as we were exiting the airport, I got a notification that the tour company canceled without any communication at all. And we were only in Kuwait city for one day. I would not book with this to our company ever again and as a matter of fact, I believe that they should be removed from Viator
